Crime report for the week of June 1

Tomball PD
• June 1 Officer Finney arrested a 35 year old woman from Pinehurst for Theft.  Officer Finney responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy. and the suspect was arrested without incident.
• June 1 Officer Ferguson responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 600 block of Holderreith, where a GPS valued at approximately $130 was stolen and $200 worth of damage was done.
• June 2 Officer Maglitto responded to a Forgery report in the 2600 block of S. Cherry St., where a suspect had taken over a victim’s bank account.
• June 2 Officer Burns arrested a 32 year old man from Tomball for Resisting Arrest.  Officer Burns stopped a bicyclist in the 600 block of Mason St. for not having a headlight on the bicycle at night.  Officer Burns smelled a strong odor of alcohol on the suspect and attempted to arrest him.  The suspect refused to cooperate and struggled with the officer.
• June 3 Officer Burns arrested a 29 year old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance.   Officer Burns made contact with a suspicious person in the 27900 block of Tomball Pkwy.  During a search incident to arrest, Officer Burns discovered cocaine in the suspect’s pocket.
• June 3 Officer Rodriguez arrested a 39 year old man from Spring for Driving While Intoxicated.
• June 4 Officer Finney responded to a Forgery report in the 27000 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a suspect attempted to pass a counterfeit $10 bill and a $5 bill.
• June 4 Officer Davis responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 31300 block of Bearing Star Ln., where an iPod valued at approximately $250 was stolen.
• June 5 Officer Gorman responded to a Theft in the 30100 block of Tomball Pkwy.  A Fossil watch valued at approximately $120 was stolen.
• June 6 Officer Henagan responded to a Criminal Mischief report in the 300 block of Belmont St., where a suspect punched in his girlfriend’s TV.  The suspect caused approximately $150 in damage.
• June 6 Officer Swinghammer responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 200 block of Houston St., where items valued at approximately $60 were stolen.
• June 7 Officer Tikal arrested a 41 year old woman from Cypress for Driving While Intoxi-cated
• June 7 Officer Sampson arrested a 19 year old man from Tomball for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Officer Sampson conducted a traffic stop in the 14900 block of Pine Warbler.  During a search incident to arrest, Officer Sampson discovered a marijuana pipe.

Mont. Co. Sheriff
• June 5 Deputies Davis and Provenzano responded to Sweetwater drive regarding an assault. After completing an investigation, the deputies took one male deputies took one male into custody for Misdemeanor Assault.
• June 5 Deputy Thomas conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 32000 block of SH 249. During the traffic stop, Deputy Thomas saw marijuana in the vehicle. One male was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
• June 5 Deputies Davis and Provenzano responded to Pond Circle Drive regarding Family Violence. After completing an on scene investigation, Deputies Davis and Provenzano arrested a male for Misdemeanor Assault Family Violence and in addition to an out of state warrant.
• June 5 Deputy Mittag responded to the 32000 block of SH 249 regarding a disturbance. Deputy Mittag discovered a male subject at this location intoxicated. The male was arrested for Public Intoxication and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• June 8 Deputy Sgt. John responded to the 19000 block of FM 1488 in regards to a disturbance. During the investigation, Deputy St. John discovered a male subject at this location had two outstanding warrants. The male was arrested and was promptly transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
