Crime report for the week of June 8

Tomball PD
• June 8 Officer Diaz arrested a 32 year old man from Humble for Possession of Marijuana. Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of W. Main. During a search incident to arrest, Officer Diaz discovered marijuana in the suspect’s vehicle.
• June 8 Officers Hernandez and Mani-ckas arrested a 25 year old man and a 26 year old man, both from Houston for Possession of Marijuana. The officers conducted a traffic stop in the 27000 block of Tomball Pkwy. and when they searched the vehicle they discovered marijuana.
• June 8 Officer Burns responded to a Theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy. A purse valued at approximately $100 and $160 cash was stolen.
• June 9 Officer Burns arrested a 30 year old man from Humble for  Failure to Identify. Officer Burns conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of E. Carrell St. The suspect attempted to hide his identity by giving a false name and he was arrested without incident.
• June 10 Officer Finney responded to a Theft in the 13300 block of Theis Ln. Bench seats valued at approximately $800 were stolen.
• June 10 Officer Diaz was dispatched to a Forgery report in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a counterfeit $50 bill was used as payment.
• June 11 Officer Diaz responded to a Theft in the 200 block of Blackshear St. A Fugi bicycle valued at approximately $160 was stolen.
• June 13 Officer Ramsey arrested a 29 year old man from Hurst for Criminal Trespass. Officer Ramsey received a call to service in the 1500 block of Rudel and the suspect was arrested without incident.
• June 14 Officer Ferguson arrested a 24 year old man from Tomball for Driving While License Invalid in the 11200 block of FM 2920. At approximately 10:15 a.m, Officer Ferguson conducted a traffic stop and discovered that the suspect’s driver’s license was suspended.

Mont. Co. Sheriff
• June 9 Sergeant Durbin observed a silver vehicle parked off the roadway behind some trees in the 30500 block of Dobbin Huffsmith. The Sergeant spoke with the occupants and the driver, 46 year old female was shown to have two active warrants. Marijuana and a small amount of Meth were discovered. The female was arrested and taken to jail.
• June 10 Deputy Thomas responded to a Disturbance on S. Brenda Lane. While on location it was discovered that a 31 year old male on scene had an active warrant for a traffic violation. The warrant was confirmed and the male was taken into custody.
• June 11 Deputy Erickson was dispatched to Aberdeen Dr. in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputy met with a 23 year old male. The male was shown to have two active warrants for Violation of Protective Order and one for Failure to Appear. The warrants were confirmed and the male was taken into custody.
• June 13th Deputy Thomas conducted a traffic stop on Terri Lane. The 23 year old male who was driving was shown to have an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the male taken into custody.
• June 14 Deputy Irvine was driving on FM 1488 when Sergeant Durbin, who was about three miles ahead, advised he had been able to lock radar at a speed of 137 mph on a motorcycle. Deputy Irvine activated his emergency lights when he saw the motorcycle approaching him and stopped the motorcycle. The 23 year old male was arrested for Reckless Driving 137 mph in a 50 mph.
• June 14 Deputy Irvine was dispatched to a Welfare Check in reference to a 19 year old female passed out in a vehicle in the 10198 block of FM 1488. The doors were locked and the vehicle not running. The female was arrested and taken to jail.
• June 15 Deputy Mittag was dispatched to the 1510 block of FM 1486 in reference to a Welfare Check on a driver passed out in a vehicle at a gas station. A witness had followed the vehicle as he swerved through traffic. The Deputy saw a beer bottle in the 33 year old male’s hand and observed a strong odor of alcohol on the male’s breath. The suspect was arrested for DWI.
• June 15 Deputy Thomas saw an ATV traveling on a public roadway in the 30000 block of Little Thorn. The Deputy conducted a traffic stop and the 40 year old male driver was in possession of meth. The male was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• June 15 Deputies Provenzano and Davis were dispatched to a Criminal Trespass in the 32000 block of Old Hempstead. Upon arrival a 28 year old female was on scene and dispatch verified the female had a Criminal Trespass Warning for that address. The female was taken into custody for criminal trespass.
• June 16 Deputies Provenzano and Davis conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Baltzell. The 21 year old male driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
