A two alarm fire took place at Nally’s Home Improvement Center (former McCauley Lumber location), June 21, requiring the services of firefighters from Tomball, Rosehill, Klein, Magnolia and Spring fire departments Those who responded to the scene claim that flames were pouring through the roof when they arrived. Because there was only one fire hydrant in the area and its water supply was vastly insufficient to fight the fire, firefighters had to bring in tankers. They were able to save the showroom and offices. No one was injured in the fire.
