ARRESTS:
Narcotics Violations:
On 07/10/2012 Officer Hernandez arrested a 24 year old man, a 20 year old man, and a 17 year old man, all from Tomball, for Possession of Marijuana and Criminal Trespass. At approximately 19:30 HRS, Officer Hernandez discovered the suspects were on location in violation of a Criminal Trespass warning in the 300 block of W. Hufsmith. During a search, officers discovered marijuana in the apartment.
Theft:
On 07/08/2012, Officer Sparks arrested a 21 year old man from The Woodlands for Theft. At approximately 13:42 HRS, Officer Sparks responded to a theft in the 14400 Block of FM 2920, and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approximately $55.00 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
On 07/14/2012, Officer Diaz arrested a 25 year old man and a 24 year old man, both from Cypress, for Theft. At approximately 00:33 HRS, Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 15300 Block of FM 2920, and observed an electric shopping cart valued at approximately $25,000.00 in the back of the vehicle. Upon questioning, the suspects admitted that the cart was stolen from Wal-Mart.
On 07/14/2012, Officer Ferguson arrested an 18 year old man from Tomball for Theft. At approximately 19:00 HRS, Officer Ferguson responded to a theft in the 27600 Block of Tomball Pkwy., and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approximately $322.22 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest
Tamper with Evidence:
On 07/13/2012, Officer Tikal arrested a 29 year old man from Tomball for Tampering with Evidence. At approximately 23:00 HRS, Officer Tikal conducted a traffic stop in the 14400 Block of FM, and observed the suspect emptying the contents of a baggie into his mouth upon initial contact, and he stated that he had swallowed Tramadol pills in an attempt to destroy evidence.

On 07/14/2012, Officer Finney responded to a theft in the 300 Block of Foster, where four rods and reels valued at approximately $1,500.00, a pair of sunglasses valued at approximately $300.00, two life vests valued at approximately $50.00 each, and a tackle box valued at approximately $150.00 were stolen from a boat.
