Magnolia PD

 

Aug. 17 - Officer J. K. Senegal was dispatched to an apartment at 811 Cloyd St. in reference to an assault in progress. After arriving at the reported location, Senegal conducted a field investigation and determined that a 45-year-old white male had assaulted his 46-year-old white female roommate, but had left the location prior to the officer's arrival. The next day the subject was located just outside the apartment complex and was arrested for the assault and charged with additional charges of Theft.

 

 

 

Aug. 18 Officer Holman was dispatched to a welfare check at 18525 FM 1488. Holman located the subject in the 600 block of Magnolia Blvd. The subject was identified as a 25-year-old-male from Montgomery. The male was found to be in possession of methamphetamines. He was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

 

 

 

Aug. 18 - Det. Clack observed a suspicious vehicle on Whistle Stop Road. Two 20-year-old  males from Magnolia and one 20-year-old female from Magnolia were arrested for Possession of Marijuana. All three were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

 

 

 

Tomball PD

 

Aug. 19 - Officer Hernandez arrested a 54-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 2:00 p.m., Tomball police officers responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of High Street. Upon investigation, Hernandez discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.

 

 

 

Aug. 20 - Officer Tikal arrested a 36-year-old man from Houston for Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 11 p.m., Tikal arrested the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated in the 28600 block of Tomball Pkwy. During a search incident to arrest, Tikal discovered cocaine in the suspect’s pocket.

 

 

 

Aug. 20 - Officer Burns responded to a Theft in the 13400 block of Medical Complex Dr., where a watch valued at $2,500 was stolen.

 

 

 

Aug. 21 - Officer Sampson responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 30500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a chainsaw valued at $400 was stolen.

 

 

 

Aug. 21 - Officer Sampson responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 31300 block of Alice Ln., where a GPS unit valued at $100 was stolen.

 

 

 

Aug. 21 - Officer Garza responded to a theft in the 26900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a trailer valued at $2,000 was stolen.

 

 

 

Aug. 22 - Officer Diaz arrested a 17-year-old woman from Tomball for Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Just after midnight Diaz arrested the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated in the 27900 block of Commercial Park. During a search incident to arrest, Diaz discovered xanax in the suspect’s purse.

 

 

 

Aug. 24 - Captain Grassi arrested a 20-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of Marijuana. At 8:30 p.m., Grassi conducted a traffic stop in the 19600 block of Tomball Pkwy. and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle.  During a search, Grassi discovered marijuana in the vehicle.

 

 

 

Aug. 24 - Officer Finney responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 30800 block of Martens Rd., where a chainsaw valued at $300 and a weed eater valued at $200.00 were stolen.

 

 

 

Aug. 24 - Officer Finney responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14000 block of FM 2920, where a GPS unit valued at $40, a watch valued at $85, a camera valued at $150 and cologne valued at $80 was stolen.

 

 

 

Aug. 24 - Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 900 block of Barbara, where approximately $1,019 worth of assorted lawn equipment was stolen.

 

 

 

Aug. 24 - Officer Hernandez responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a suspect drove off without paying for $63.01 worth of fuel.

 

 

 

Aug. 25 - Officer Ferguson arrested a 49-year-old woman from Houston for Theft. At 2:30 p.m.,  Ferguson responded to a theft in the 14200 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. $76.81 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.

 

 

 

Aug. 25 - Officer Rodriguez arrested a 36-year-old man from Tomball for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. At 10:15 p.m., Rodriguez arrested the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated in the 1100 block of W. Main and during a search incident to arrest, discovered two shotguns in the vehicle.

 

 

 

Montgomery Co. Sheriff’s Office

 

Aug. 17 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to a welfare check at Hardin Store Road and Dobbin-Hufsmith, in reference to a 22-year-old male subject passed out. The subject was shown to have an active felony warrant through Grimes County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject taken into custody.

 

 

 

Aug. 21 - Deputy Zavorski responded to a warrant service in the 9000 block of Sendera Ranch.  A subject at the location advised that he wanted to turn himself in. A 20-year-old male from Magnolia was taken into custody for the active warrant.

 

 

Aug. 21 - Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to the 29000 block of Nichols Sawmill. Upon arrival LaSalle observed a 48-year-old male walking. The subject’s wife told deputies that that her husband had assaulted her. The subject was taken into custody for Assault.

 

 

 

Aug. 25 - Deputy Mittag was dispatched to the 29000 block of Dallas Street, in reference to a 23-year-old male knocking over a neighbor’s fence and fighting. Upon arrival the subject had fled but was found a short distance away. The suspect was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

 

 

 

Aug. 25 - Deputy Mittag was dispatched to FM 1486 in reference to an assault. A 34-year-old male had been in argument with his wife and intentionally drove his vehicle into a ditch, causing his wife to be thrown into the front windshield. The suspect drove away leaving his wife. Witnesses saw the suspect in the parking lot of a nearby bar. The suspect was arrested for assault and DWI.

 

 

 

Aug. 26 - Deputy Provenzano was patrolling the Hazy Hollow subdivision, conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, a 31-year-old male. The subject advised that he did not have a driver’s license because it was suspended. Dispatch confirmed the subject’s license was suspended and he had a previous conviction for Driving While Suspended.  The suspect was arrested.

 

 

 

Aug. 26 - Deputy Crandell and Sergeant Funderburk executed a felony warrant out of Harris County for Tampering with a Government Document. The 27-year-old male was located in the 31000 block of Johlke Road and arrested for the warrant.

 

 

 

Aug. 26 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Decker Oaks Subdivision in reference to a disturbance. A witness had seen a male and female arguing. Provenzano located the subjects and the 17-year-old male was intoxicated.  The male was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and a small amount of marijuana was found inside his pocket.
