Magnolia Police Department weekly report

On 8-30-12 Officer Stanford and Officer Day was dispatched to a 911 hang up welfare check on Smith St. Upon arrival the 28 y/o w/m informed officers that he wanted to turn himself in for outstanding warrants. The male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

 

 

 

On 8-31-12 Officer Menchaca along with Officer Salmassi conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of Magnolia Blvd. The driver identified as a 20 y/o w/m was arrested for three warrants out of Tomball. The 20 y/o w/m passenger was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

 

 

 

On 8-31-12 Officer Diaz was dispatched to a disturbance on Bryan St. Upon arrival it was found that a 59 y/o w/m had assaulted an adult protective service case worker. While attempting to take the male into custody, Officer Diaz along with a Montgomery County Pct. 5 Deputy was involved in another physical altercation with the male. The male was arrested for aggravated assault on a public servant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. 

 

 

 

On 8-31-12 Officer Senegal was dispatched to a disturbance in the 17600 block of FM 1488. Upon arrival a male and female was issued a criminal trespass warning and escorted off the property.

 

 

 

On 9-1-12 Officer Menchaca along with Officer Salmassi conducted a traffic stop in the 42000 block of FM 1774. The driver identified as a 30 y/o w/m out of Montgomery was arrested for an active warrant out of Montgomery County. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

 

 

 

 On 9-2-12 Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 19500 block of FM 1488. The 29 y/o w/m out of Tomball was arrested for DWI. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

 

 

 

On 9-3-12 Officer Diaz and Officer Montgomery was dispatched to the 18400 block of Buddy Riley in regards to an animal call. Upon arrival a 4 foot alligator was found in the roadway. With the assistance from a Magnolia Paint and Body wrecker driver, the alligator was captured and released in an area that would provide safer habitation.

 

 

 

On 9-3-12 Det. Clack and Officer Menchaca was dispatched to a local business in regards to a theft of a pressure washer. A report was generated and forwarded to investigations.

 

 

 

On 9-3-12 Officer Montgomery located a stolen vehicle in a parking lot located in the 18500 block of FM 1488. The vehicle was recovered and release back to the owner.

 

 

 

On 9-4-12 Officer Stanford was advised of an FSGI that occurred on Nichols Sawmill. This case was forwarded to investigations.

 

 

 

On 9-4-12 Officer Senegal conducted a traffic stop in the 18500 block of FM 1488. The 23 y/o w/m driver was arrested for driving while license invalid and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
