Tomball PD

Sept. 23 - Officer Finney arrested a 24-year-old man from Tomball and a 17-year-old woman from Willis, for Theft.  At 6:30 p.m., Finney responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920. The suspects were arrested without incident and $188.98 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrests.

 

Sept. 24 – Sgt.Welch arrested a 28-year-old man from Shenandoah for Possession of Marijuana and Driving While Intoxicated. At a little after midnight, Welch arrested the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated in the 400 block of East Main. During a search, Welch discovered marijuana in the vehicle.

 

Sept. 24 - Officer Sampson arrested a 44-year-old woman from Pinehurst for Displaying a Fictitious Inspection Sticker. At 11:30 a.m., Sampson conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of S. Cherry and observed a fictitious inspection sticker displayed on the vehicle’s windshield.

 

Sept. 25 - Officer Sampson responded to three Burglaries of a Building in the 27700 block of Tomball Pkwy., where  several hundred dollars in cash and merchandise was stolen and several hundred dollars in damages were inflicted upon the businesses.

 

Sept. 25 - Officer Manickas arrested a 28-year-old woman from Tomball for Theft. At 7 p.m., Manickas responded to a theft in the 14300 block of FM 2920. The suspect was arrested without incident, and $194.85 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.

 

Sept. 26 - Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 14100 block of Carneswood, where an iPhone valued at $500 was stolen.

 

Sept. 26 - Officer Sampson arrested a 45-year-old woman from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon. At 7:40 a.m., Sampson responded to a welfare check in the 27700 block of Tomball Pkwy. During a consented search, Sampson discovered a butterfly knife in the suspect’s pocket, diazapam and lortab in her suitcase.

 

Sept. 27 - Officer Finney arrested a 17-year-old woman from Magnolia for Theft and a 23-year-old woman and 23-year-old man, both from Magnolia, for Robbery. At 9: 30 p.m., Tomball officers responded to an officer assistance request in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where the suspects assaulted an off duty Houston police officer in an attempt to escape arrest or detention during a theft attempt. $240.30 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrests.

 

Montgomery Co. Sheriff’s Office

Sept. 21 – Sgt. Swank was patrolling SH 249 and Wright Road. Swank saw a white male on a bicycle and while conducting an interview with him, found a small amount of crystal meth in the subject’s pocket. The subject was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

 

Sept. 22 - Deputy Irvine was dispatched to the Decker Hills subdivision in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Irvine spoke with the complainant who advised that when he arrived at a friend’s home, a 46-year-old male was also there, intoxicated and damaging the home. The complainant attempted to leave at which time the suspect assaulted him. The subject was taken into custody for Assault.

 

Sept. 22 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to a residence on FM 1488 in reference to a disturbance. When deputies arrived, they found that a 35-year-old male had threatened another family member with an ax and then damaged the home. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

 

Sept. 23 - Deputy Mittag was dispatched to the Exxon Station at the intersection of SH 249 and Decker Prairie, to meet with the husband of a 48-year-old female who had assaulted him. The complainant advised his wife had been drinking and they had started arguing at which time the suspect assaulted the victim. Mittag placed the suspect into custody for Assault.

 

Sept. 24 - Deputy Brummett was dispatched to Strathdon Drive, in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival, Brummett met with a 16-year-old male who advised his 17 and 13-year-old brothers assaulted him. The 17 and 13-year-olds were taken into custody for Assault.

 

Sept. 25 - Deputy Peterson responded to a residence on Zahn Road, in reference to a warrant. The 22-year-old male subject was located and arrested for a felony warrant for Criminal Mischief.

 

Sept. 25 - Sergeant Kader was dispatched to Shady Oaks Drive. The complainant advised his 58-year-old wife struck him in the head. The female suspect was taken into custody for Assault.

 

Sept. 26 - Acting on a tip, Deputy Irvine went to a residence on Golden Rod, in the Hazy Hollow subdivision, to search for a 24-year-old male who was wanted for felony theft. Irvine located the suspect and arrested him.

 

Harris County Pct. 4 Constable

Sept. 23 - At 8:30 p.m., Deputy J. Amaya stopped a vehicle driven by a 36-year-old male from Magnolia, regarding an observed traffic violation. During the course of his contact with the man, Amaya discovered the vehicle was reported stolen and arrested the man for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Gill was transported to the Harris County Jail. His bond was set at $15,000.00.
