• Jan. 8 Corporal Patin arrested a 21-year-old man from Tomball for Interference with Public Duties. At 9:40 p.m., Patin responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Graham and as Tomball officers were breaking up a fight between two females, the male suspect interfered with the officers by attempting to free one of the females from being restrained by an officer.
• Jan. 8 Officer Henagan responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 200 block of South Magnolia, where a bicycle valued at $50.00 was stolen.
• Jan. 10 A Tomball detective arrested a 17-year-old man from Tomball for Criminal Mischief - Graffiti following an investigation of graffiti on school property.
• Jan. 10 Officer Ramsey responded to a theft in the 600 block of West Main, where a television valued at $379, a skateboard valued at $30, a cell phone valued at $200, a toy helicopter valued at $30 and $150 worth of colognes were stolen.
• Jan. 10 Officer Ferguson responded to a theft in the 14000 block of FM 2920, where $7,749.84 worth of assorted cell phones were stolen.
• Jan. 12 Officer Henagan responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a tailgate valued at $3,000 was stolen.
Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Jan. 8 Deputy St. John was dispatched to Antelope Lane in reference to a 911 hang-up. St. John spoke with the resident, a 21-year-old male and the deputy found a small bag of marijuana in the persons clothing. The suspect was arrested.
• Jan. 8 Deputy Pro-
venzano was dispatched to the Timberloch Estates subdivision in reference to a disturbance. The victim said that her husband, a 20-year-old male, had slapped her after they had gotten into an argument. Provenzano arrested the suspect for Assault.
• Jan. 8 Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Criminal Trespass on Alford Road. Upon arrival the complainant advised he had found a 32-year-old male sleeping outside his garage. The suspect had fled into the woods and went back to sleep. Messina placed the subject into custody for Criminal Trespass.
• Jan. 10 Deputy Salazar was contacted by Tomball Police. Salazar met with a Tomball police officer who had a person under arrest for a Montgomery County warrant. The suspect was booked into jail on a child support warrant.
• Jan. 11 Deputy Irvine attempted to find a person with a warrant at a home in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. Irvine met with the suspect's wife who advised her husband was not at home. The deputy found that the 40-year-old female had an outstanding warrant through Madison County. The female was arrested and taken to jail.
• Jan. 12 Deputy Messina was dispatched to a disturbance on Sanders Cemetery Lane. Upon arrival, Messina met with a 23-year-old female and her common-law husband. The complainant advised that she had been assaulted. The male was taken into custody for Assault.
• Jan. 12 Deputy Irvine attempted to find a male who had two outstanding warrants. Upon arrival at a home in Hazy Hollow the suspect was found hiding under a bed and was arrested.
• Jan. 12 Deputy Mittag conducted a traffic stop on Hardin Store Road. The driver had a suspended license. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Jan. 12 Deputy Logan saw two males carrying backpacks near FM 1488 and Windcrest National. Logan stopped and identified the males and found that
both had active warrants. Logan took the males into custody and located a
small amount of marijuana
in a backpack. The male
was additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
• Jan. 13 Deputy Irvine was patrolling on Nola Lane and saw a 22-year-old male in the front of a residence. Irvine recognized the subject and knew he was wanted. Irvine placed him into custody.
• Jan. 13 Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the Rock Bottom Bar about a disturbance. Thomas met with the complainant who had been assaulted. The complainant told the deputy that a 36-year-old male that he had been drinking with had hit him in the face with a beer bottle. After interviewing the suspect, the deputy placed him into custody for Assault.
• Jan. 13 Deputy Eisen-menger saw a car on Research Forest Drive fail to stop at a stop sign. Eisenmenger spoke with the driver and observed signs of intoxication. It was determined that the 43-year-old female from Spring was intoxicated and she was arrested for DWI 2nd as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• Jan. 13 - Deputy Herman saw a vehicle with expired registration. The driver had an active warrant out.
The 43-year-old male from Magnolia was taken to
jail and booked on the warrant.
