Tomball PD
July 22 - Officer Garza arrested a 21-year-old man from Dayton for Possession of Marijuana. At 9:50 a.m., Garza responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of S. Cherry. During a search, Garza discovered marijuana in the suspect’s bag.
July 22 - Officer Finney arrested a 27-year-old man from Medina and a 23-year-old man from Sweeny for Possession of Marijuana. At 3:40 p.m., Finney conducted a traffic stop in the 14800 block of FM 2920 and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During a search, Finney discovered marijuana in the vehicle.
July 23 - Officer Ferguson responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 1100 block of Lovett, where an X-Box console valued at $265.00 was stolen.
July 23 - Officer Sparks responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a pair of sunglasses valued at $100 was stolen and $1,100 worth of damage was inflicted upon the vehicle.
July 24 - Corporal Welch arrested a 33-year-old woman from Cleveland for Theft. At 8:30 a.m., Welch responded to a theft of approximately $150 in cash in the 500 block of Graham and the suspect was arrested without incident.
July 24 - Officer Patin arrested a 38-year-old man from The Woodlands for Theft. At 2:20 p.m., Patin responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approximately $165.50 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
July 26 - Corporal Gorman arrested a 22-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of Marijuana. At 11:35 p.m., Gorman responded to a noise disturbance in the 100 block of McPhail. During a search, Gorman discovered marijuana in the suspect’s pocket.
July 27 - Officer Sparks arrested a 24-year-old man from The Woodlands for Assault Family Violence. At 6:50 p.m., Sparks responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Keefer. Upon investigation, Sparks discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
July 27 - Corporal Welch arrested a 39-year-old woman from Plantersville for Theft. At 12:30 p.m., Welch responded to a theft in the 14300 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approximately $426.99 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
July 28 - Officer Rodriguez arrested a 26-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 1 a.m., Rodriguez made contact with the suspect in the 28700 block of Tomball Pkwy. During a search, Rodriguez discovered trazadon and hydrocodone in the suspect’s pocket.
Mont. Co. Sheriff’s Office
July 25 - Deputy Pullen along with Deputy Durbin conducted a traffic stop in Inverness Crossing. The 47-year-old male driver was arrested when deputies found that his driver’s license was suspended. Deputies also found a small amount of marijuana inside the vehicle.
July 27 - Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the 1000 block of Gunnison Drive for a suspicious person. The subject was located on foot and identified. The 52-year-old male from Magnolia showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Public Intoxication.
July 28 - Deputy Thomas was dispatched to Walnut Creek in regards to a 911 call. Thomas spoke with a 22-year-old male who admitted calling 911 because he wanted his girlfriend to leave. Thomas then saw a bag of marijuana on a chair. The suspect was taken in to custody for Possession of Marijuana.
July 28 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to Misty Meadow and FM 1774 in reference to an 18-year-old female laying on the side of the road. When Provenzano arrived, he saw a female walking in the middle of the road trying to fight passing cars. The suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
July 29 - Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the 7000 block of Woodland Oaks on a welfare check. A 23-year-old male from Magnolia was located and showed signs of intoxication. He was arrested for Public Intoxication.
July 29 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Cypress Wood Estates subdivision in reference to family violence. A 35-year-old male was arrested after deputies learned that he assaulted family members.
July 30 - Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the 22000 block of Lantana in regards to a vehicle in the ditch. Upon arrival, Thomas saw a 52-year-old female walking around the vehicle. A check on the subject’s identification showed an active warrant out of Harris County, as well as an active warrant out of Montgomery County. The woman was arrested.
Tomball PD
• Feb. 25 Officer Tikal arrested a 39-year-old man from Tomball for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Parole Warrant and a Montgomery County Felony Theft Warrant. His brother, a 22-year-old man from Tomball, was arrested for Hindering Apprehension.
• Feb. 26 Officer Manikas was dispatched to the 1200 block of West Main, for the theft of a back flow preventer valve valued at $1,500.
• Feb. 26 Officer Burns was dispatched to 122 N. Holderrieth, for the theft of an IPhone and case valued $650.
• Feb. 27 At 2:45 a.m.,Sgt. Welch discovered the front door glass shattered at a business in the 700 block of West Main. Another business window in the 1200 block of West Main was also discovered broken.
• Mar. 1 Officer Manikas was dispatched to the 1700 block of Hicks, where it was discovered that the gate chain was cut and a John Deere tractor, loader, rake, hay spear, box blade and trailer were stolen. Total value of stolen property was approximately $38,000.
• Mar. 2 At 8:15 p.m., Officer Ramsey responded to a disturbance in progress in the parking lot of the 27000 block of Tomball Parkway. Officer Hernandez arrested a 48-year-old female from Bellville for Assault - Offensive Contact.
• Mar. 2 Officer Ferguson was dispatched to the 27000 block of Tomball Parkway, for a theft of two phone chargers and a Bluetooth headset missing from a vehicle. The next day the victim called to say that a family member had removed them and they were not stolen.
• Mar. 2 Officer Finney responded to theft report at 920 Lawrence, where a 2008 Pontiac was reported stolen. The next day the victim realized she had parked her car in a different part of the parking lot and had forgotten where she parked it.
Magnolia PD
• Mar. 1 Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of 6th Street. While conducting a field investigation, it was determined that a 56-year-old male driver from Magnolia was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that the 43-year-old passenger had several outstanding warrants. The driver was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and the passenger for the outstanding warrants. Both subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Mar. 2 At 1:40 a.m., Officer Salmassi and Officer Garza were dispatched to 523 Commerce St., in reference to a threat call. While conducting an investigation, a 38-year-old male from Magnolia was arrested for interference with public duties. The male subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked without further incident.
• Mar. 2 Officer Tullis conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Magnolia Boulevard and Sanders Street, for expired motor vehicle inspection. Tullis learned that the driver of the vehicle had an outstanding warrant out of the Tomball Police Department. Tullis also determined that the back passenger was in possession of a controlled substance and the front passenger was intoxicated on methamphetamine. The driver of the vehicle was released to Tomball Police and the passengers were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Mar. 2 Officer Brown conducted a traffic stop in the 18600 block of FM 1488 for displaying expired registration. Brown learned that the 27-year-old male driver from Magnolia had an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. Brown also found the 50-year-old male passenger to be in possession of marijuana. Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Mar. 3 At 4:50 a.m., Officer Garza was dispatched to a theft on Charlie Street. After arriving to the reported location, Garza met with the complainant and generated an offense report. This case was then forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division.
• Mar. 4 At 3 p.m., Sgt. Silliman was flagged down in the 41100 block of FM 1774, in reference to a criminal mischief. After identifying a 57-year-old male as a suspect, Sgt. Silliman generated an offense report to be referred to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. The male subject was then released at the scene.
• Mar. 4 At 2:50 p.m., Sgt. Lopez was dispatched to the intersection of FM 1774 and FM 1488 in reference to a crash between a train and an 18-wheeler. After arriving at the reported location, Lopez conducted a crash investigation and found that no injuries were reported.
• Mar. 4 At 11:40 p.m., Officer Garza was dispatched to McDonald's restaurant, in reference to a theft. After arriving at the reported location, Garza spoke with the complainant and generated an offense report to be forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division.
• Mar. 5 Detective Clack was dispatched the 18800 block of FM 1488 in reference to a motor vehicle accident. After arriving tothe reported location, Clack conducted a crash investigation and found that no injuries were reported.
• Mar. 5 Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 18800 block of FM 1488. Diaz found that the 53-year-old male driver from Hockley had identified himself using a fictitious name. The male subject was taken into custody for failure
to identify as a fugitive
and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Mar. 5 Detective Clack was dispatched to the 18900 block of FM 1488, in reference to a theft in progress. After arriving at the reported location and initiating a field investigation, the complainant refused to cooperate and requested that no charges be filed against the suspect. A report was generated for information use only.
Montgomery Co. Sheriff
Mar. 1 Deputy Allen stopped a car on SH 249 for driving 98 miles-per-hour in a 50 miles-per-hour zone. The 27-year-old male driver was arrested for reckless driving. During the arrest the deputy noted a smell of marijuana and found what was believed to be marijuana residue inside the suspect's mouth. The suspect was also charged with tampering with evidence.
• Mar. 1 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Spring Creek Estates subdivision for a disturbance. Sharman found that two brothers were arguing and one assaulted the other. A 26-year-old was arrested for assault and the deputy found that the suspect also had an active warrant.
• Mar. 3 Sgt. Kader saw a vehicle parked at a closed gas station on Hardin Store Road that was occupied by two females. One of the females, a 19-year-old, was wanted out of Harris County. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 3 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision, in reference to a disturbance. Sharman found one of the persons involved in the disturbance sitting in a vehicle. The suspect was intoxicated, arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 4 Deputy Sharman stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, a 35-year-old male, could not provide proof of insurance and his driver's license was invalid. The driver was arrested and a passenger was arrested that had five traffic warrants.
Tomball PD
• Mar. 3 Officer Swing-hammer responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 2400 block of S. Cherry. It is unknown how many items were damaged or stolen.
• Mar. 4 Officer Rodriguez arrested a 36-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 10:10 p.m., Rodriguez responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Stoneleigh. Upon investigation, Rodriguez discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Mar. 4 Officer Nguyen arrested a 20-year-old man from Tomball for Terroristic Threat. At 10:15 p.m., Nguyen responded to a threat in the 1100 block of Graham and discovered that the suspect had threatened his roommate with violence.
• Mar. 5 Detective Smith responded to a theft in the 700 block of S. Oak, where a money order valued at $600 was stolen.
• Mar. 6 Officer White arrested a 37-year-old man from Spring for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Driving While License Suspended/Invalid. At 10:55 a.m., White arrested the suspect for driving with a suspended license in the 100 block of N. Sycamore. During a search, White discovered marijuana and crystal methamphetamine in the suspect's possessions, along with assorted drug paraphernalia.
• Mar. 7 Officer White arrested a 41-year-old man from Cypress and a 46-year-old woman from Tomball for False Report to Law Enforcement and Interfer-ence with an Emergency Call. At 11:40 a.m., White responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of McPhail and discovered that one 911 call was hindered by the male suspect and another 911 call was placed by the female suspect providing false information.
• Mar. 8, Officer Tikal responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920, where $215 in cash was stolen.
• Mar. 8 Officer Sparks responded to a theft in the 27500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a wallet valued at $15, containing approximately $56 in cash, was stolen.
Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Mar. 5 Deputy Messina was dispatched to the 35300 block of SH 249, in reference to a disturbance. The deputy found that a male had assaulted a female. The suspect was arrested for assault and taken to jail.
• Mar. 5 Sgt. Durbin was driving on FM 1774 and saw a female stumbling and walking into oncoming traffic. Durbin discovered the suspect was intoxicated and she was taken to jail.
• Mar. 5 Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Wright Road, in reference to a disturbance. The deputy found that a male had assaulted
a female and tried to prevent the victim from calling
911. The suspect was arrested for assault and interference with an emergency phone call.
• Mar. 8 Deputy Mittag was dispatched to Anne Lane. The deputy found that a male had driven through a neighbor's yard and was intoxicated. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 8 Deputy Proven-zano was dispatched to Primrose Lane for a disturbance. The deputy found that a female had assaulted a male. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 9 Deputies Olsen and Zavorski were dispatched to a disturbance. They learned that a 17-year-old male was in a verbal fight with his girlfriend and kicked a vehicle. The suspect was arrested for criminal mischief.
• Mar. 9 Deputy McKee was dispatched to a local bar, in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival, the deputy met with two suspects. The two men, ages 29 and 25, were intoxicated and were arrested and taken to jail.
Harris County Pct. 4
• Mar. 2 At 3:40 p.m., Dep. C. Marshall observed the suspect, a 20-year-old man from Tomball, commit a traffic violation while operating a motor vehicle. The suspect then began to flee from the deputy. While doing so, the suspect struck another vehicle causing damage. He continued, until reaching the 8000 block of Dowdell Road. The suspect was arrested for Evading in a Motor Vehicle. A second occupant in the vehicle exited the vehicle and began fleeing on foot. He was ordered to stop and refused. Both were charged and booked into the Harris County Jail.
• Mar. 4 At 6 p.m., Dep. K. Taylor responded with other units, to a business located within the 11300 block of Timbertech Lane, in order to serve an arrest warrant. After taking the subject into custody, a 36-year-old male from Magnolia, Taylor observed drug paraphernalia indicating the use and possession of a controlled substance. The man was arrested, charged and booked into the Harris County Jail.
• Mar. 7 At 8:45 p.m., Deputy N. Hosford stopped a vehicle within the 18000 block of Juergens Road for a traffic violation. After making contact, Dep. Hosford discovered that the 29-year-old male from Tomball was in possession of a controlled substance and arrested him. He was transported to the Harris County Jail.
