Tomball PD
• Feb. 3 Officer Burns arrested an 18-year-old man from Tomball for Sexual Assault of a Child. At 5:20 p.m., Burns responded to a sexual assault call in the 1100 block of S. Cherry and the suspect was arrested without incident.
• Feb. 3 Officer Manickas responded to an Automobile Theft in the 13600 block of Country Pine Ct., where a dirt bike valued at $1,000 was stolen.
• Feb. 4 Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 29800 block of Tomball Pkwy., where rent checks and a money order valued at $505 were stolen.
• Feb. 4 Officer White responded to a theft in the 29900 block of Tomball Parkway, where a tablet computer valued at $350 was stolen.
• Feb. 4 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Parkway, where a tailgate valued at $600 was stolen from a truck.
• Feb. 5 Officer Sparks arrested a 27-year-old woman from Tomball for Possession of Marijuana. At 9:35 p.m., Sparks responded to a suspicious person call in the 300 block of Willowick and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the building. Sparks then arrested two suspects inside the home for outstanding warrants. During a search incident to arrest, Sparks discovered marijuana in the suspect's clothing.
• Feb. 5 Officer White arrested a 34-year-old man from Tomball for Failure to Comply - Registration (Sex Offender). At 8:40 a.m., White arrested the suspect for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Register in the 900 block of Sutton.
• Feb. 5 Officer White arrested a 30-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 12:30 p.m., White responded to a disturbance in progress in the 100 block of North Magnolia. Upon investigation, White discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Feb. 5 Officer Ramsey responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 1000 block of Village Square, where a television valued at $1,500, a laptop computer valued at $800, a laptop computer valued at $300 and assorted jewelry valued at $100 were stolen.
• Feb. 6 Officer Finney arrested a 45-year-old woman from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 4:15 a.m., Finney made contact with a suspicious person in the 27700 block of Tomball Parkway and discovered crystal methamphetamine in the suspect's bag during a search.
• Feb. 6 Officer Torres arrested an 18-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone. At 1:20 p.m., Torres received information that the suspect had an unknown narcotic in his possession in the 30300 block of Quinn. During a search, Torres discovered Xanax in the suspect's wallet.
• Feb. 7 Officer Barrera arrested a 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, both from Houston, for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. At 11:50 p.m., Barrera conducted a traffic stop in the 14600 block of Zion and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During a search, Barrera discovered marijuana and Vyvanse in the vehicle.
• Feb. 7 Officer Sparks arrested a 29-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 5:55 p.m., Sparks responded to a disturbance in progress in the 200 block of McPhail. Upon investigation, Sparks discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Feb. 7 Officer Barrera arrested a 23-year-old man from Houston for Evading. At 3:20 a.m., Barrera responded to an attempted burglary in progress in the 900 block of Lawrence and when officers arrived, the suspect fled on foot in an attempt to evade arrest.
• Feb. 8 Officer Ferguson arrested a 20-year-old man from Magnolia for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  At 5:30 p.m., Ferguson responded to a suspicious person call in the 27700 block of Tomball Parkway and discovered a hand gun in the suspect's pocket during a pat search. Upon investigation, Ferguson discovered that the suspect was a convicted felon.
• Feb. 8 Officer Sparks responded to a theft in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a suspect stole a backpack valued at $54.99.
• Feb. 9 Officer Ramsey responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 27600 block of Tomball Parkway, where a radar detector valued at $40, a cell phone valued at $60 and $62 worth of assorted plugs and cords were stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Feb. 5 Deputy Brummett was dispatched to Indigo Lakes Subdivision in reference to an assault.  Upon arrival, the deputy met with the complainant, who advised his brother had assaulted him. The 28-year-old brother was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 7 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Ranch Crest subdivision in reference to an assault.  Sharman spoke with the victim, who said that his wife had assaulted him. Sharman placed a 29-year-old female into custody for Assault.
• Feb. 7 Deputy Sharman conducted a traffic stop and the deputy spoke to the 54-year-old female driver. A check through dispatch showed an active warrant for Driving without a License. The deputy placed the driver into custody for the warrant.
• Feb. 7 Corporal Norum was dispatched to 10000 block of Woodlands Parkway, in reference to a shoplifter. He then met with loss prevention and learned that a 27-year-old male concealed store items into a bag. The male, who was from Magnolia, left the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. The suspect was arrested for Theft and taken to jail. The suspect also had a felony warrant out for his arrest.
• Feb. 8 Deputy Mittag was on the scene of a suspicious vehicle, where the occupant had a suspended driver's license. A 44-year-old male arrived to take the person home and the deputy found that he was wanted. The second person was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 9 Deputy Mittag observed a 39-year-old male riding on a small homemade motorcycle in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. The deputy found meth and marijuana in the driver's possession. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 10 Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to a residence on Nichols Sawmill in reference to a Disturbance. A 33-year-old male and his girlfriend were having an argument. The deputy found that the male had an active warrant, arrested the suspect and took him to jail.
• Feb. 10 Deputy Irvine was in the Creekside Acres subdivision. Irvine saw a 27-year-old male standing in the ditch next to a wrecked vehicle. A check through dispatch showed the male to have an active warrant. The deputy placed the subject into custody.

Tomball PD
• Feb. 10 Officer Tikal responded to a Theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a suspect drove off, failing to pay for $50 in gasoline.
• Feb. 11 Officer Thomas responded to a Theft in the 30400 block of Quinn, where nine pole vault poles, three pole vault crossbars, two pit rakes and one hurdle were stolen for an estimated loss of $885.
• Feb. 13 Officer Barrera responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a baseball helmet valued at $20, a baseball chest protector valued at $20, a pair of baseball leg protectors valued at $20 and an equipment
bag valued at $20 were stolen.
• Feb. 13 Officer Hernandez arrested an 18-year-old woman from Tomball for Assault. At 4:45 p.m., Hernandez responded to an assault in the 900 block of Mainer. Upon investigation, Hernandez discovered that the suspect had assaulted her neighbor.
• Feb. 14 Officer Nguyen responded to a Theft in the 27900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where 48 carbide inserts were stolen for an estimated loss of $7,000.
• Feb. 14 Officer White arrested a 36-year-old man from Magnolia for Failure to Identify - Fugitive. At 10:10 a.m., White conducted a traffic stop in the 14800 block of Brown. The suspect provided a false name and date of birth during questioning in an attempt to avoid arrest for open warrants.
• Feb. 14 Officer Nguyen responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 100 block of Ella, where a door valued at $500 was damaged, a cash register valued at $2,000 was damaged, 26 cartons of cigarettes valued at $1,300, an unknown amount of smokeless tobacco and $500 in cash were stolen.
• Feb. 15 Officer Tikal arrested a 31-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 11:45 a.m., Tikal responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Lawrence. Upon investigation, Tikal discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.
• Feb. 16 Officer Man-ickas responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a chainsaw valued at $180, a tool set valued at $150, a socket set valued at $50 and a saw valued at $100 were stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Feb. 14 Deputy Thomas conducted a traffic stop on Hardin Store Road. Thomas found a small amount of methamphetamine inside the vehicle. The 24-year-old female driver was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 14 Deputy Proven-zano was dispatched to Park Place Subdivision. A 34-year-old female was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 15 Deputy Mittag saw a 39-year-old male walking in the roadway on FM 1774. Mittag found that the male had an active warrant out of Waco. The subject was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 16 Deputy Sharman stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, a 26-year-old male driver was found to be wanted and was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 17 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Subdivision. Sharman found that a female had thrown a bottle at another person. The 43-year-old suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 18 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to Butera Lane in reference to a disturbance. The deputy learned that while calling for help, a 42-year-old female grabbed the phone out of another caller's hand. Sharman arrested the suspect for Interference with Emergency Phone Call.
• Feb. 18 Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Nichols Sawmill Road. The deputy found that a 32-year-old female had assaulted another person. The suspect was arrested for assault and an active warrant.

Tomball PD
• Feb. 17 Officer Ramsey arrested a 25-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana. At 9:40 p.m., Ramsey conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Main and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During a search, Ramsey discovered Hydrocodone and marijuana in the vehicle.
• Feb. 17 Officer Manickas responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 1000 block of Hicks, where a GPS unit valued at $385 and a Wi-Fi jack box valued at $219 were stolen.
• Feb. 18 Officer Finney responded to a theft in the 27900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where an iPhone valued at $400 was stolen.
• Feb. 19 Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 1200 block of West Main, where 140 feet of copper pipe valued at $1,800 was stolen.
• Feb. 20 Officer Ferguson responded to an Automobile Theft in the 26900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a Titan motorcycle valued at $12,000 was stolen.
• Feb. 20 Officer Ferguson arrested a 40-year-old woman from Magnolia for Assault Family Violence. At 8:50 p.m., Ferguson responded to a fight in progress in the 13700 block of Alice Rd. Upon investigation, Ferguson discovered that the suspect had assaulted her daughter.
• Feb. 21 Officer Rodri-guez arrested a 39-year-old man from Cypress for Failure to Stop and Give Information and Driving While Intoxicated. At 1:50 a.m., Rodriguez responded to a hit-and-run crash in the 27800 block of Tomball Expressway and apprehended the suspect after he fled on foot.
• Feb. 21 Corporal Hill responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 1300 block of Ulrich, where 140 feet of copper wire was stolen, for an estimated loss of $5,000.
• Feb. 22 Officer Manickas arrested a 25-year-old woman from Magnolia and a 31-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 8:15 a.m., Manickas responded to a welfare check in the 14000 block of FM 2920. During a search, Manickas discovered Amphetamine-Dextroam-phetamine, Suboxone, Crystal Methamphetamine, Vyvanse and Clonazepam in the vehicle.
• Feb. 22 Sgt. Welch arrested a 20-year-old woman from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 12:15 a.m., Welch responded to a disturbance in progress in the 300 block of Belmont. Upon investigation, Welch discovered that the suspect had assaulted her mother.
• Feb. 23 Officer Hernan-dez responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 30100 block of Tomball Pkwy., where $500 in damage was inflicted upon the vehicle.
• Feb. 23 Officer Burns responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 27400 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a car stereo valued at $125 was stolen and approximately $350 in damage was inflicted upon the vehicle.
• Feb. 23 Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 1700 block of Hicks, where approximately 92 feet of copper wire valued at $2,000 and $300 worth of batteries were stolen.
• Feb. 23 Officer Tikal responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920, where $140 worth of clothing and jewelry were stolen.
• Feb. 23 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where $61.97 in merchandise was stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Feb. 20 Sergeant Kader was dispatched to the Dogwood Hills Subdivision in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Kader met with the complainant who said that she had been in an argument with her husband and had been threatened. The suspect was arrested for Assault by Threat.
• Feb. 21 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Dogwood Hills subdivision in reference to a welfare check.  A 42-year-old male was found intoxicated and sitting inside a vehicle in a parking lot. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 22 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to Grand Oaks subdivision in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Sharman found the vehicle unoccupied, but could smell burnt Marijuana. The deputy found a 21-year-old male nearby, inside a large drain pipe. The suspect had a small amount of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 22 Deputy Allen stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Allen found that the driver, a 21-year-old male had an active warrant through the Oak Ridge Police Department. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 23 Deputy Irvine went to the Hazy Hollow subdivision to serve three warrants. On Pine Bark Lane, Irvine located a 42-year-old female that was wanted for Theft, a 45-year-old male wanted for Illegal Dumping and a 48-year-old male wanted for Aggravated Assault. All three were arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 23 Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the Walnut Springs subdivision in regards to a noise disturbance. The reportee advised he could hear guns being fired and a lot of yelling. Upon arrival, Thomas spoke to a 29-year-old male and requested a warrant check. The deputy was advised the subject had six active warrants. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 24 Deputy Mittag responded to a criminal trespass on Dobbin-Hufsmith. The witness said that he saw two male suspects back up to a trailer. When the suspects noticed the witness they drove away. The witness called 911 and Harris County deputies stopped the suspects and the two men were arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Feb. 24 Deputy Breeze conducted a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway. The suspect, a 26 year old male from Magnolia, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.  Deputies found an expandable baton inside the vehicle. The suspect was also charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and taken to jail.

Tomball PD

• Feb. 25 Officer Tikal arrested a 39-year-old man from Tomball for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Parole Warrant and a Montgomery County Felony Theft Warrant. His brother, a 22-year-old man  from Tomball, was arrested for Hindering Apprehension. 
• Feb. 26 Officer Manikas was dispatched to the 1200 block of West Main, for the theft of a back flow preventer valve valued at $1,500.
• Feb. 26 Officer Burns was dispatched to 122 N. Holderrieth, for the theft of an IPhone and case valued $650.
• Feb. 27 At 2:45 a.m.,Sgt. Welch discovered the front door glass shattered at a business in the 700 block of West Main. Another business window in the 1200 block of West Main was also discovered broken.
• Mar. 1 Officer Manikas was dispatched to the 1700 block of Hicks, where it was discovered that the gate chain was cut and a John Deere tractor, loader, rake, hay spear, box blade and trailer were stolen. Total value of stolen property was approximately $38,000.
• Mar. 2 At 8:15 p.m., Officer Ramsey responded to a disturbance in progress in the parking lot of the 27000 block of Tomball Parkway. Officer Hernandez arrested a 48-year-old female from Bellville for Assault - Offensive Contact.
• Mar. 2 Officer Ferguson was dispatched to the 27000 block of Tomball Parkway, for a theft of two phone chargers and a Bluetooth headset missing from a vehicle. The next day the victim called to say that a family member had removed them and they were not stolen.
• Mar. 2 Officer Finney responded to theft report at 920 Lawrence, where a 2008 Pontiac was reported stolen. The next day the victim realized she had parked her car in a different part of the parking lot and had forgotten where she parked it. 

Magnolia PD
• Mar. 1 Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of 6th Street. While conducting a field investigation, it was determined that a 56-year-old male driver from Magnolia was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that the 43-year-old passenger had several outstanding warrants. The driver was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and the passenger for the outstanding warrants. Both subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Mar. 2 At 1:40 a.m., Officer Salmassi and Officer Garza were dispatched to 523 Commerce St., in reference to a threat call. While conducting an investigation, a 38-year-old male from Magnolia was arrested for interference with public duties. The male subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked without further incident.
• Mar. 2 Officer Tullis conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Magnolia Boulevard and Sanders Street, for expired motor vehicle inspection. Tullis learned that the driver of the vehicle had an outstanding warrant out of the Tomball Police Department. Tullis also determined that the back passenger was in possession of a controlled substance and the front passenger was intoxicated on methamphetamine. The driver of the vehicle was released to Tomball Police and the passengers were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Mar. 2 Officer Brown conducted a traffic stop in the 18600 block of FM 1488 for displaying expired registration. Brown learned that the 27-year-old male driver from Magnolia had an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. Brown also found the 50-year-old male passenger to be in possession of marijuana. Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Mar. 3 At 4:50 a.m., Officer Garza was dispatched to a theft on Charlie Street. After arriving to the reported location, Garza met with the complainant and generated an offense report. This case was then forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division.
• Mar. 4 At 3 p.m., Sgt. Silliman was flagged down in the 41100 block of FM 1774, in reference to a criminal mischief. After identifying a 57-year-old male as a suspect, Sgt. Silliman generated an offense report to be referred to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. The male subject was then released at the scene.
• Mar. 4 At 2:50 p.m., Sgt. Lopez was dispatched to the intersection of FM 1774 and FM 1488 in reference to a crash between a train and an 18-wheeler. After arriving at the reported location, Lopez conducted a crash investigation and found that no injuries were reported.
• Mar. 4 At 11:40 p.m., Officer Garza was dispatched to McDonald's restaurant, in reference to a theft. After arriving at the reported location, Garza spoke with the complainant and generated an offense report to be forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division.
• Mar. 5 Detective Clack was dispatched the 18800 block of FM 1488 in reference to a motor vehicle accident. After arriving tothe reported location, Clack conducted a crash investigation and found that no injuries were reported.
• Mar. 5 Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 18800 block of FM 1488. Diaz found that the 53-year-old male driver from Hockley had identified himself using a fictitious name. The male subject was taken into custody for failure
to identify as a fugitive
and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Mar. 5 Detective Clack was dispatched to the 18900 block of FM 1488, in reference to a theft in progress. After arriving at the reported location and initiating a field investigation, the complainant refused to cooperate and requested that no charges be filed against the suspect. A report was generated for information use only.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
Mar. 1 Deputy Allen stopped a car on SH 249 for driving 98 miles-per-hour in a 50 miles-per-hour zone. The 27-year-old male driver was arrested for reckless driving. During the arrest the deputy noted a smell of marijuana and found what was believed to be marijuana residue inside the suspect's mouth. The suspect was also charged with tampering with evidence.
• Mar. 1 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Spring Creek Estates subdivision for a disturbance.  Sharman found that two brothers were arguing and one assaulted the other. A 26-year-old was arrested for assault and the deputy found that the suspect also had an active warrant.
• Mar. 3 Sgt. Kader saw a vehicle parked at a closed gas station on Hardin Store Road that was occupied by two females. One of the females, a 19-year-old, was wanted out of Harris County.  The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 3 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision, in reference to a disturbance. Sharman found one of the persons involved in the disturbance sitting in a vehicle. The suspect was intoxicated, arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 4 Deputy Sharman stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, a 35-year-old male, could not provide proof of insurance and his driver's license was invalid. The driver was arrested and a passenger was arrested that had five traffic warrants.

Harris County Sheriff's Office investigators are seeking the public's help in identifying and locating a person of interest. The man is wanted for questioning in the Nov. 12, 2012 shooting death of

Coty Beavers, 28, at his northwest Harris County apartment.

Working from information provided by an eyewitness, an artist has sketched a likeness of the subject – a man with dark hair and thick dark eyebrows, wearing eyeglasses.

The man was seen asking about Beavers at the Legacy Park Apartments, 10801 Legacy Park Drive, a few days before Beavers was shot multiple times at the complex.

Beavers was the twin brother of Cory Beavers, who had been the boyfriend of Gelareh Bagherzadeh, 30. She was shot to death while driving to her townhouse in the Galleria area of Houston, reportedly after visiting Cory Beavers. Bagherzadeh was an outspoken critic of the government of Iran, where she was born.

Her killing is being investigated by the Houston Police Department. Investi-gators with HPD and HCSO have disclosed no evidence linking the killings of Coty Beavers and Bagherzadeh.

Tomball PD
• Mar. 3 Officer Swing-hammer responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 2400 block of S. Cherry. It is unknown how many items were damaged or stolen.
• Mar. 4 Officer Rodriguez arrested a 36-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 10:10 p.m., Rodriguez responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Stoneleigh. Upon investigation, Rodriguez discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Mar. 4 Officer Nguyen arrested a 20-year-old man from Tomball for Terroristic Threat. At 10:15 p.m., Nguyen responded to a threat in the 1100 block of Graham and discovered that the suspect had threatened his roommate with violence.
• Mar. 5 Detective Smith responded to a theft in the 700 block of S. Oak, where a money order valued at $600 was stolen.
• Mar. 6 Officer White arrested a 37-year-old man from Spring for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Driving While License Suspended/Invalid. At 10:55 a.m., White arrested the suspect for driving with a suspended license in the 100 block of N. Sycamore. During a search, White discovered marijuana and crystal methamphetamine in the suspect's possessions, along with assorted drug paraphernalia. 
• Mar. 7 Officer White arrested a 41-year-old man from Cypress and a 46-year-old woman from Tomball for False Report to Law Enforcement and Interfer-ence with an Emergency Call. At 11:40 a.m., White responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of McPhail and discovered that one 911 call was hindered by the male suspect and another 911 call was placed by the female suspect providing false information.
• Mar. 8, Officer Tikal responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920, where $215 in cash was stolen.
• Mar. 8 Officer Sparks responded to a theft in the 27500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a wallet valued at $15, containing approximately $56 in cash, was stolen.
Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Mar. 5 Deputy Messina was dispatched to the 35300 block of SH 249, in reference to a disturbance. The deputy found that a male had assaulted a female. The suspect was arrested for assault and taken to jail.
• Mar. 5 Sgt. Durbin was driving on FM 1774 and saw a female stumbling and walking into oncoming traffic. Durbin discovered the suspect was intoxicated and she was taken to jail.
• Mar. 5 Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Wright Road, in reference to a disturbance. The deputy found that a male had assaulted
a female and tried to prevent the victim from calling
911. The suspect was arrested for assault and interference with an emergency phone call.
• Mar. 8 Deputy Mittag was dispatched to Anne Lane. The deputy found that a male had driven through a neighbor's yard and was intoxicated. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 8 Deputy Proven-zano was dispatched to Primrose Lane for a disturbance. The deputy found that a female had assaulted a male. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 9 Deputies Olsen and Zavorski were dispatched to a disturbance. They learned that a 17-year-old male was in a verbal fight with his girlfriend and kicked a vehicle. The suspect was arrested for criminal mischief.
• Mar. 9 Deputy McKee was dispatched to a local bar, in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival, the deputy met with two suspects. The two men, ages 29 and 25, were intoxicated and were arrested and taken to jail.
Harris County Pct. 4
• Mar. 2 At 3:40 p.m., Dep. C. Marshall observed the suspect, a 20-year-old man from Tomball, commit a traffic violation while operating a motor vehicle. The suspect then began to flee from the deputy. While doing so, the suspect struck another vehicle causing damage. He continued, until reaching the 8000 block of Dowdell Road. The suspect was arrested for Evading in a Motor Vehicle. A second occupant in the vehicle exited the vehicle and began fleeing on foot. He was ordered to stop and refused. Both were charged and booked into the Harris County Jail.
• Mar. 4 At 6 p.m., Dep. K. Taylor responded with other units, to a business located within the 11300 block of Timbertech Lane, in order to serve an arrest warrant. After taking the subject into custody, a 36-year-old male from Magnolia, Taylor observed drug paraphernalia indicating the use and possession of a controlled substance. The man was arrested, charged and booked into the Harris County Jail.
• Mar. 7 At 8:45 p.m., Deputy N. Hosford stopped a vehicle within the 18000 block of Juergens Road for a traffic violation. After making contact, Dep. Hosford discovered that the 29-year-old male from Tomball  was in possession of a controlled substance and arrested him. He was transported to the Harris County Jail.

Tomball PD
• Mar. 17 Officer Barrera arrested a 41-year-old woman from Pinehurst, for Possession of Marijuana. At 1:10 a.m., Barrera conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Peach. During a search, Barrera discovered marijuana in the suspect's pocket.
• Mar. 17 Officer Rod-riguez arrested a 17-year-old man from Tomball, for Possession of Marijuana. At 10:30 p.m., Rodriguez made contact with suspicious persons in the 900 block of Lawrence and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana. During a search, Rodriguez discovered marijuana in the suspect's wallet.
• Mar. 17 Officer Nguyen arrested a 47-year-old man from Tomball, for Assault Family Violence. At 11:50 p.m., Nguyen responded to a disturbance in progress in the 1300 block of Big Pines. Upon investigation, Nguyen discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.
• Mar. 19 Officer Ramsey arrested a 44-year-old man from Tomball, for Possession of Marijuana. At 8:15 p.m., Ramsey conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of E. Main.  During questioning, Ramsey observed marijuana in plain view in the vehicle.
• Mar. 19 Officer Henagan responded to a Criminal Mischief call in the 200 block of School, where a vehicle's window valued at $300 was shattered.
• Mar. 20 Officer Burns responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, in the 900 block of Lawrence, where a rifle valued at $157 was stolen.
• Mar. 20 Officer Henagan responded to a theft that occurred in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a cell phone valued at $600 was stolen.
• Mar. 21 Officer Ferguson responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where $65.64 worth of merchandise was stolen and recovered shortly after.
• Mar. 21 Officer Hernan-dez responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where $56.70 worth of merchandise was stolen and recovered shortly after.
• Mar. 21 Officer Nguyen arrested a 44-year-old man from Newton, N.J., for Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Sexual Assault. At 5:40 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the 30100 block of Tomball Pkwy., and discovered that the suspect had kidnapped and assaulted a victim at that location. The suspect was arrested without incident.
• Mar. 21 Officer Maglitto arrested a 38-year-old man from Tomball, for Theft. At 2:50 p.m., Maglitto responded to a theft in the 14300 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. $115.95 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
• Mar. 21 Officer Sparks responded to a Criminal Mischief call in the 1000 block of Graham, where a sliding glass door pane valued at $150 was broken.
• Mar. 22 Officer Nguyen responded to a Criminal Mischief call in the 500 block of Roxanne, where two windows were broken in a vehicle for an estimated loss of $600.
• Mar. 22 Officer Sampson responded to a Criminal Mischief call in the 100 block of N. Cherry, where $700 worth of damage was inflicted upon a vehicle.
• Mar. 23 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920, where a desktop computer valued at $899.99, a printer valued at $149.99 and a laptop computer valued at $599.99 were stolen.
• Mar. 23 Officer Hernan-dez arrested a 21-year-old man from Houston, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. At 2p.m., Hernandez responded to a disturbance in the 31100 block of Stella. Upon investigation, Hernandez discovered that the suspect had threatened a victim with a handgun.
• Mar. 23 Officer Sampson responded to a Criminal Mischief call in the 1100 block of Summit, where $300 was inflicted upon a vehicle.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Mar. 20 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to S. Carrol Lane. The female resident was apprehensive about her 32-year-old male roommate. Deputies found that the roommate had an active warrant and he was arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 22 Deputy Irvine was dispatched to the Dogwood Hills Subdivision. The female victim told deputies that her ex-boyfriend, a 39-year-old male, assaulted her after he forced his way into the home, then he fled into a nearby wooded area. Deputies found the suspect and he was arrested and taken to jail.
• Mar. 23 Deputy Crandell was dispatched to a business on Nichols Sawmill Road. Deputies found that a 26-year-old female had a warrant for her arrest. The suspect was arrested and an incident of theft remains under investigation.
• Mar. 25 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the intersection of Turtle Creek and Walnut Creek.  The deputy found a 44-year-old male that was intoxicated, asleep inside a vehicle that was stopped in the roadway.  The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Harris Co. Pct. 4 Constable
• Mar. 23 At 7 p.m., Deputy A. Strain stopped a vehicle driven by a 22-year-old male from Conroe, for a traffic violation in the 2100 block of FM 2920. During the course of the stop, Strain learned that the man was operating the vehicle while his driver's license is suspended and he did not have insurance. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail.

Tomball PD

• April 7 Officer Ramsey arrested a 30-year-old woman from Magnolia, for Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. At 5:30 p.m., Ramsey responded to a theft report in the 14400 block of FM 2920 and approximately $110 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest. During a search, Ramsey discovered Hydro-codone, Hydrochloride and Barbiturates in the suspect's purse.

• April 7 Officer Burns arrested a 19-year-old man from Tomball, for Aggravated Assault Family Violence. At 3 p.m., Burns responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of S. Cherry. Upon investigation, Burns discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend and threatened her with a knife.

• April 8 Officer Rodriguez arrested a 63-year-old man from Tomball, for Aggra-vated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. At midnight Rod-riguez responded to a disturbance with weapons involved in the 1100 block of S. Cherry. Upon investigation, Rodriguez discovered that the suspect had stabbed the victim with a knife.

• April 8 Officer Burns responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14300 block of FM 2920, where an iPod Touch valued at $300 was stolen and $200 in damage was inflicted upon the vehicle. • April 8 Officer Hernan-dez responded to a theft in the 22100 block of Hufsmith-Kohrville, where a trailer valued at $2,500 was stolen.

• April 9 Officer Sampson arrested a 38-year-old man from Pinehurst, for Posses-sion of Marijuana. At 2:40 a.m., Sampson conducted a traffic stop in the 30500 block of Tomball Pkwy. During questioning, Sampson ob-served marijuana in the suspect's hand.

• April 9 Sgt. Gorman arrested a 22-year-old woman from Tomball for Injury to the Elderly. At 6:45 p.m., Gorman responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Lawrence. Upon investigation, Gorman discovered that the suspect had assaulted her ex-husband's grandmother.

• April 9 Officer Henagan responded to a theft in the 900 block of Baker, where a pistol valued at $399 was stolen.

• April 10 Officer Tikal arrested a 39-year-old homeless man and 27-year-old homeless woman for Theft. At 10:30 p.m., Tikal responded to a theft in the 14300 block of FM 2920 and the suspects were arrested without incident. Approximately $83.94 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrests.

• April 10 Officer White responded to a Criminal Mischief in the 600 block of W. Main, where a window valued at $850 was broken.

• April 11 Officer White arrested a 26-year-old man from Houston, for Possession of Marijuana. At 1:30 p.m., White conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of E. Main and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During a search, White discovered marijuana in the vehicle.

• April 12 Officer Finney responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920, where 150 feet of copper wire, valued at approximately $7,000, was stolen.

• April 13 Officer Henagan arrested a 26-year-old woman from Navasota, for Posses-sion of a Controlled Sub-stance and Driving While Intoxicated. At 2:45 a.m., Henagan arrested the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated in the 500 block of E. Main. During a search, Henagan discovered Valium in the suspect's purse.

• April 13 Officer Finney arrested a 48-year-old woman from Magnolia for Theft. At noon, Finney responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approximately $483.95 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.

• April 13 Officer Sampson arrested a 17-year-old man from Tomball and a 17-year-old man from Magnolia for Theft. At 11:15 p.m., Samp-son responded to a call regarding suspects running on a business’s roof in the 14400 block of FM 2920 and upon arrival, the suspects attempted to flee on foot from the scene. Tomball officers captured the suspects shortly afterward.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff

• April 8 Deputy Peterson was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision, for a suspicious person. The deputy spoke with a 50-year-old female and found that she had an active warrant for her arrest. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

• April 8 Deputy Pullen, Deputy Allen and Sgt. Spiller were dispatched to Brushy Creek subdivision. for a disturbance. A 29-year-old fe-male was arrested for terroristic threat and taken to jail.

• April 9 Deputy Sharman stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on FM 1774. The deputy could smell marijuana and found a small amount inside the vehicle. Two people were arrested and taken to jail.

• April 10 Deputy Provenzano went to the Hazy Hollow subdivision, for a sex offender compliance check. The 41-year-old male was found to have a warrant for his arrest and he was taken to jail.

• April 12 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Dogwood Hills subdivision, for a disturbance.  One person involved in the disturbance was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued in Harris County and was taken to jail.

• April 12 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Dogwood Hills subdivision, for a disturbance.  The female victim told deputies that her boyfriend assaulted her as she was trying to leave the residence. The 23-year-old male suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

• April 15 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Hunters Retreat subdivision, for a disturbance. A deputy arrested a 27-year-old male for assault who was taken to jail.

Harris Co. Pct. 4

• April 6 At 5:45 p.m., Deputy D. Joseph responded to a business located within the 21100 block of Kuykendahl Rd., regarding a shoplifter. His investigation revealed that an 18-year-old female from Magnolia selected several items inside the store and then passed all points of sale in an attempt to leave. She was arrested and charged with Theft before being transported to the Harris County Jail.

• April 28 Officer Sampson responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 400 block of Commerce, where a victim observed a suspect breaking into his garage. It did not appear that the suspect stole anything.
• April 29 Officer Hernandez responded to a criminal mischief call in the 1200 block of W. Main, where graffiti was found on a building.
• April 30 Officer White arrested a 33-year-old man from Magnolia, for Reckless Driving and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. At approximately 6:30 a.m., White responded to a crash in the 28200 block of Tomball Pkwy. and arrested the suspect for reckless driving. During a search, White discovered a handgun in the vehicle.
• April 30 Officer Nguyen responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 1000 block of Village Square, where a GPS unit valued at approximately $150, a pistol valued at approximately $928, a flashlight valued at approximately $20, a charger valued at approximately $20, approximately $140 worth of CD's in a case, a pair of prescription glasses valued at approximately $528.93 and loose change were stolen.
• April 30 Officer Sparks responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 1000 block of Village Square, where a GPS unit valued at approximately $80, a DVD monitor valued at approximately $120 and loose change was stolen.
• April 30 Officer Maglitto responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 1100 block of Graham, where two televisions valued at approximately $350 each, a Playstation 3 game system valued at approximately $300 and a handgun valued at approximately $550 were stolen.
• May 1 Officer Ramsey responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 15100 block of FM 2920, where a pistol valued at approximately $1,300 was stolen.
• May 1 Corporal Davis responded to a Burglary of a Vehicle in the 1000 block of Village Square, where personal checks were stolen.
• May 2 Corporal Davis arrested a 21-year-old man from Magnolia for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.  At approximately 8:30 a.m., Davis made contact with a suspicious person in the 15700 block of FM 2920 and discovered a knife with a blade longer than five and a half inches in the suspect's clothing.
• May 3 Officer Tikal arrested a 31-year-old man from Magnolia for Tampering with Evidence. At approximately 8 p.m., Tikal conducted a traffic stop in the 29300 block of Tomball Expressway and detected a strong odor of fresh marijuana emitting from the vehicle. She discovered shortly thereafter that the suspect had ingested the marijuana in an attempt to destroy the evidence.
• May 3 Officer Henagan responded to an Automobile Theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a Chrysler 300 valued at approximately $10,000 was stolen.
• May 4 Officer Hernandez arrested a 57-year-old man from Tomball for Criminal Mischief. At approximately 10:45 a.m., Hernandez responded to a Criminal Mischief call in the 200 block of Blackshear and the suspect was arrested without incident.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• April 29 Deputy Thomas stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found a small amount of crystal meth inside the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 2 Deputy Peterson saw a vehicle with a 25-year-old male asleep inside. The deputy found a handgun in the suspect's pants pockets and that the vehicle was reported stolen. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 2 Sgt. Kader stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near FM 249 and Hardin Store Road. The deputy arrested the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated and found a small amount of cocaine inside the vehicle. The 30-year-old male was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 4 Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Glenmont Estates subdivision, for a trespasser.  The deputy was told by the homeowner that her son's ex-wife, a 27-year-old female had broken a window and entered the home. The deputy arrested the suspect and took her to jail.
• May 5 Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision about a stolen motorcycle. The witness told the deputy that she had been approached by a someone trying to sell a motorcycle. Thomas found that the motorcycle was reported stolen. The suspect drove by the residence and the deputy stopped him. The 44-year-old suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 5 Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Pinehurst Village subdivision, for a disturbance. The deputy saw a 48-year-old male arguing with his wife. Provenzano determined that an assault occurred and arrested the suspect and took him to jail.
• May 5 Deputy Thomas saw a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. The driver was arrested for an active warrant. The deputy found hydrocodone inside the vehicle.  The driver was arrested and taken to jail.
