July 15 - Officer White arrested an 18-year-old man from Tomball for Tampering with Evidence. At 11:15 a.m., White conducted a traffic stop in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy. and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle and observed marijuana on the driver’s shirt upon initial contact. White also observed him swallowing marijuana during questioning, in an attempt to destroy the evidence.
July 15 - Officer Ramsey arrested a 25-year-old woman from Houston for Driving While Intoxicated, and Interfering with the Duties of a Police Officer. At 11:30 p.m., Ramsey arrested the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated in the 300 block of E. Main and the suspect became uncooperative and destructive in a jail cell, while awaiting a warrant to draw blood. The suspect later attempted to strike an officer and phlebotomist when a sample was collected.
July 16 - Officer Thomas responded to a theft in the 13600 block of Michel, where a scissor lift valued at $8,000 was damaged and three lift batteries were stolen.
July 16 - Officer Rodriguez responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 500 block of E. Main, where $8,000 worth of lottery tickets were stolen.
July 16 - Officer Tikal responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 14000 block of FM 2920, where five flat screen TV’s between 40 and 60 inches were stolen for an estimated loss of $14,804.04.
July 16 - Officer Thomas responded to an automobile theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a Nissan Xterra valued at $8,000 was stolen.
July 17 - Officer Patin arrested a 42-year-old man from Magnolia for Theft. At about 5 p.m., Patin responded to a theft in the 14300 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident.
July 18 - Corporal Gorman responded to a theft in the 1100 block of S. Cherry, where a dog valued at $125 was stolen.
July 19 - Officer Barrera responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where two display cell phones valued at $599.99 each were stolen.
July 20 - Officer Barrera responded to a theft in the 27200 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a water pump valued at $1,050, an intake hose valued at $150 and a discharge hose valued at $150 were stolen.
July 20 - Officer Tikal responded to a theft in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a Honda Odyssey valued at $5,000 was stolen.
July 21 - Officer Barrera responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a GPS unit valued at $150, an iPad valued at $500 and a radar detector valued at $100 were stolen.
July 21 - Officer Patin responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 1000 block of Village Square, where a CD player face plate valued at $200, a cell phone charger valued at $10 and the victim’s purse were stolen.
July 21 - Officer White arrested a 20-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of Marijuana and Driving While License Suspended. At 12:25 p.m., White arrested the suspect for driving with a suspended license in the 11300 block of FM 2920. During a search incident to arrest, White discovered marijuana in the vehicle.
July 21 - Officer Davis arrested an 18-year-old man from Houston for Possession of Marijuana. At 11:40 p.m., Davis arrested the suspect for outstanding warrants in the 1200 block of W. Main. During a search, Davis discovered marijuana in the vehicle.
July 21 - Captain Grassi arrested a 23-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 3:30 a.m., Grassi responded to a welfare concern in the 900 block of Lawrence. Upon investigation, Grassi discovered that the suspect had assaulted his common law wife and roommate.
July 21 - Officer Ferguson responded to a theft in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a Texas license plate valued at $60 was stolen.
Mont. Co. Sheriff’s Office
July 17 - Sergeant Kader was dispatched to check the welfare of the driver of a vehicle parked at a liquor store on FM 1488. Upon arrival the Sergeant made contact with a 47-year-old male who was in the driver’s seat. The subject seemed to be very lethargic and a strong odor of alcohol could be detected. The male was arrested and taken to jail.
July 18 - Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to Roberts Cemetery Road and Nichols Sawmill for a welfare check on a female. Upon arrival LaSalle made contact with the 49-year-old subject and asked her what she was doing. The subject replied she was walking down the road drunk. LaSalle placed the subject into custody for Public Intoxication and transported her to female booking in Conroe.
July 19 - at 10:40 a.m., Deputy Koonce, along with other deputies, responded to an address on Ramblewood Drive in reference to a disturbance. The wife, from Magnolia, was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
July 20 - Deputy Krolczyk was dispatched to the 31000 block of Deer Lane in Pinehurst, in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival Krolczyk made contact with an 18-year-old male. A check on the subject showed him to have a felony warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Upon searching the subject, Krolczyk located a pill bottle with 11 pills of xanax. An additional charge was added to the subject’s arrest record for Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.
July 20 - Deputy Krolczyk dispatched to a suspicious person in a vacant lot on Deer Lane in Pinehurst. Upon arrival Krolczyk made contact with a 51-year-old female. A check on the subject showed her to have two active warrants for assault and failure to appear. Krolczyk placed the subject into custody for the warrants and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail.
July 21 - Deputy Pullen and Deputy Durbin were dispatched to a Trespasser in Progress on Brushy Pines. Upon arrival the deputies met with a 43-year-old male and were advised by dispatch that he had an active Child Support Warrant out of Harris County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was placed into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
July 21 - Deputy Peterson was dispatched to the Decker Hills subdivision in Magnolia in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival a 45-year-old male was detained by deputies. The subject was loud, uncooperative and had a strong smell of alcohol. Peterson was advised by witnesses that the subject had been in an altercation with his brother-in-law. The subject had retrieved a pistol from his home and threated his brother-in-law with it. The subject was taken into custody for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon.
July 21 - Deputy Allen was dispatched to a welfare check in the 18000 block of Limber Pines Court, in reference to a possible intoxicated person asleep behind the wheel of a truck. Upon arrival Allen observed a red Ford truck parked halfway in a driveway and halfway in a yard with a 28-year-old male subject passed out behind the wheel. The location he was at was not his residence. The male was arrested and taken to jail.
July 22 - Deputy Allen, while patrolling FM 1774, observed a 48-year-old male riding a bike in the dark without lights. Allen made contact with the subject who advised him he was wanted through the Oak Ridge North Police Department for traffic and bail jumping warrants. The warrants were confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and transported to the South County Jail.

July 22 - Officer Garza arrested a 21-year-old man from Dayton for Possession of Marijuana. At 9:50 a.m., Garza responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of S. Cherry. During a search, Garza discovered marijuana in the suspect’s bag.
July 22 - Officer Finney arrested a 27-year-old man from Medina and a 23-year-old man from Sweeny for Possession of Marijuana. At 3:40 p.m., Finney conducted a traffic stop in the 14800 block of FM 2920 and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During a search, Finney discovered marijuana in the vehicle.
July 23 - Officer Ferguson responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 1100 block of Lovett, where an X-Box console valued at $265.00 was stolen.
July 23 - Officer Sparks responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a pair of sunglasses valued at $100 was stolen and $1,100 worth of damage was inflicted upon the vehicle.
July 24 - Corporal Welch arrested a 33-year-old woman from Cleveland for Theft. At 8:30 a.m., Welch responded to a theft of approximately $150 in cash in the 500 block of Graham and the suspect was arrested without incident.
July 24 - Officer Patin arrested a 38-year-old man from The Woodlands for Theft. At 2:20 p.m., Patin responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approximately $165.50 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
July 26 - Corporal Gorman arrested a 22-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of Marijuana. At 11:35 p.m., Gorman responded to a noise disturbance in the 100 block of McPhail. During a search, Gorman discovered marijuana in the suspect’s pocket.
July 27 - Officer Sparks arrested a 24-year-old man from The Woodlands for Assault Family Violence. At 6:50 p.m., Sparks responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Keefer. Upon investigation, Sparks discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
July 27 - Corporal Welch arrested a 39-year-old woman from Plantersville for Theft. At 12:30 p.m., Welch responded to a theft in the 14300 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approximately $426.99 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
July 28 - Officer Rodriguez arrested a 26-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 1 a.m., Rodriguez made contact with the suspect in the 28700 block of Tomball Pkwy. During a search, Rodriguez discovered trazadon and hydrocodone in the suspect’s pocket.
Mont. Co. Sheriff’s Office
July 25 - Deputy Pullen along with Deputy Durbin conducted a traffic stop in Inverness Crossing. The 47-year-old male driver was arrested when deputies found that his driver’s license was suspended. Deputies also found a small amount of marijuana inside the vehicle.
July 27 - Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the 1000 block of Gunnison Drive for a suspicious person. The subject was located on foot and identified. The 52-year-old male from Magnolia showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Public Intoxication.
July 28 - Deputy Thomas was dispatched to Walnut Creek in regards to a 911 call. Thomas spoke with a 22-year-old male who admitted calling 911 because he wanted his girlfriend to leave. Thomas then saw a bag of marijuana on a chair. The suspect was taken in to custody for Possession of Marijuana.
July 28 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to Misty Meadow and FM 1774 in reference to an 18-year-old female laying on the side of the road. When Provenzano arrived, he saw a female walking in the middle of the road trying to fight passing cars. The suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
July 29 - Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the 7000 block of Woodland Oaks on a welfare check. A 23-year-old male from Magnolia was located and showed signs of intoxication. He was arrested for Public Intoxication.
July 29 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Cypress Wood Estates subdivision in reference to family violence. A 35-year-old male was arrested after deputies learned that he assaulted family members.
July 30 - Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the 22000 block of Lantana in regards to a vehicle in the ditch. Upon arrival, Thomas saw a 52-year-old female walking around the vehicle. A check on the subject’s identification showed an active warrant out of Harris County, as well as an active warrant out of Montgomery County. The woman was arrested.
