| Magnolia woman busted with 260 pounds of pot after calling police |
|
A Magnolia resident has been arrested for having 260 pounds of marijuana in her home after she called the police to report that her husband had been kidnapped. Christina Tapia, 36, was arrested at her home around 8:40 p.m. Sunday in the 29600 block of Aden in Magnolia for possession of marijuana, a second-degree felony, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Tapia told deputies when they arrived that three armed men came into her home, assaulted her husband, threatened her and then left with her husband against his will. When police arrived, they discovered three 20-pound packages of marijuana in the backyard and 10 additional 20-pound packages inside the residence. Deputies on the scene said that during the investigation witnesses’ accounts contradicted Tapia’s claims that her husband was taken against his will. Witnesses said that Tapia’s husband left the residence alone before law enforcement arrived. Investigators believe he may be wounded by gunfire but are unable to locate him. Tapia remains in the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office jail. Authorities said the investigation is ongoing. Comments (1)

The two women are still walking the streets to do this to another man.
This is so ridiculous that these women could actually get away with all the lies that they told in multiple courts rooms even after getting caught. This story is on the front page and can be read at: americaswrongfullyconvicted(dot)com or google: Robert McClendon
