Of the projects presented at the show, 85 were chosen by judges to be a part of the live auction on Oct. 3.

Cody Robison raised this year’s Grand Champion Steer. Lance Lowery was named Reserve Champion Steer.

The other winners were:

·         Grand Champion Hog - Dory Gatlin

·         Reserve Champion Hog - Jesse Wade

·         Grand Champion Goat - Audry Miller

·         Reserve Champion Goat - Gavin Davis

·         Grand Champion Lamb - Brian Goetz

·         Reserve Champion Lamb - Weston Wernecke

·         Grand Champion Broilers - Dalton Syzmanski

·         Reserve Champion Broilers - Robert Wishkoski

·         Grand Champion Turkey - Levi Mason

This year’s live auction raised a total of $118,950. Add-on sales totaled $60,520 and post-sales totals were $44,850. Most of the money raised through the sales goes back to the students to recover the cost of raising the animals.

Left over money then either goes to students who sold in the live auction, or into a general scholarship fund.
