Do you really think its nessesary to print what should be personal information about these people. These saleries seem to be just fine. They arent extravagant at all.

It is a matter of public record. These people work for the tax payers.

Understood that the above people work for the tax payers but that being said is this really helpfull? Whos ideas is this anyway? Tell us the news and important things. This seems to be hurtful and intrusive especially to the employees that have no dog in this fight. If what someone is being paid is questionable step up and take some action... for that person.Absolutely look into excessive saleries but dont do this.It makes the paper and concerned citizens look petty. We are better than that.

Again, a matter of public record. If the employees feel that the public knowing their salary is hurtful or intrusive maybe they should seek employment in the private sector.

I dont remember seeing any employees clammering about it on line. I do however hear and can read that the general public thinks it is a shame that things like this are being done.No one seems to be arguing the fact that it's public record. There are many people that are paid by tax payers but why this set of people? There seems to be enough to focus on with the existing problems why add this, something that really does not seem to matter to anyone but you?Lyan... Lets keep focusing on the real problems in the city not the petty silly stuff that takes up pages. Pages that need to be filled with stories that can help Magnolia tax payers make informative decisions. How about you step up and present yourself to our city. It seems like you really want to help make our city great. Maybe you can be a force in the elections in the future? Think about it?

Thanks for the pep talk. The only people hurt are those that are paid so little knowing that those that are paid the most are just there for the power and the paycheck.
It doesn't really matter to me, I am just commenting on a item published in the newspaper. Apparently it matters to you. You are the one on here crying about it. Write comment
