I have revised the document I prepared answering some of the question on the PIR-Windham. Please refer to item #2. I have Mr. Kelley’s contract start date as January 3, 2008 and this form was signed January 22, 2008. LuAnn is worried she may as for the form as see that it was signed on the 14th day.

Yes to both questions. We have had no input on these revisions however. This attachment is not readable in a lot of areas. I do not believe it is at all appropriate for a committee of citizens and council to be influencing this plan as voted on at the last council meeting. This plan should be developed by the city’s operators and if need be, the engineer, and blessed by council once it is explained to them. Users should be informed of the plan, but not be allowed to influence it. It should be based on existing capacities within the system and operational constraints of which the operators are most familiar.
