SUBJECT: Pir Requests

Ms. Drake attached is the document to fill your PIR dated September 28, 2009 regarding copies of utility dissconnection (sic) emails sent from Jennifer Smith/TNG Utility to Ryan Kelley for the months of January-June, 2009. This is the only document I (sic) available regarding this request. No document exists for an email sent on March 25, 2009 from LuAnn Drake to Jennifer Smith/TNG Utility in reference to the dissconnection (sic) of utility services for Magnolia Ridge.

The PIR received today requesting a compact disc of Chart of Accounts as of 9/30/09 is ready to pick up.

The PIR received today requesting audio files for all September 2009 meetings of City Council, 4A EDC, 4B CDC and Planning Commission are on a disc and ready to pick up. For reasons unknown the meeting of September 29, 2009 did not record.

Thank you for allowing the City of Magnolia to serve you.

Ms. Brent,

Thanks for the information. However; I am asking again for the emails sent by Jennifer Smith/ TNG Utility to myself and Ryan Kelley containing utility disconnect list for the months of January-June 2009 in reference to Magnolia Ridge. I would encourage you to contact TNG Utility for the documents I am requesting, as the documents maintained by TNG for Magnolia are property of the city.

Thank you.

Debra, yes, documents retained by TNG concerning government business are under our control. Send a request to TNG. I would like to review or speak about before release.

Also has anyone looked on LuAnn’s computer?

Thanks,

The attached invoice from the City has a copy of Invoice #3 attached. However, the invoice from the City also references unpaid invoices #1 and #2.
