SUBJECT: Hometown Christmas Parade – City Council Float

Ryan,

Will the City Council members be in a vehicle or a commercial float for the parade Saturday morning? Will they be attending the Dignitary Breakfast at Olde Homestead Realty? If so, what are the names of those attending?

Thank you!

Alisha

SUBJECT: RE: Hometown Christmas Parade – City Council Float

Hi Alisha – We will have a float in the Parade. I assumed that with all of the meetings back and forth that Patsy would have said something. We have seen nothing about the Dignitary Breakfast. Please send me details and I will invite the council and Spouses.

Thanks,

Ryan

DATE: November 19, 2009

TO: Debra Brent, City Secretary

SUBJECT: Dec. 18th

Debra, Just a thought, Jonny and I made 30 reservations on the Southern Empress for December 18th, there are about 12 spots open. This may be a great time to see if any of the employees want to go on the boat for dinner, cruise, and dancing. It will not be an official employee party, but I would like to extend the invitation to anyone that would like to attend. The cost is $57.50 a person. If you get a response that exceeds 12, let me know and I will call and try to get the number increased. Of course I would need to know as soon as possible, otherwise I will let the additional 12 be released.

Thank you.

Patsy
