| Workshop to help youth make responsible choices |

A workshop to help pre-teens and teens make responsible choices concerning teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, drugs and alcohol abuse and other unhealthy behaviors is scheduled for April 3-5.
The Cooperative Extension Program at Prairie View A&M University is sponsoring the CHOICES retreat that will be held at the H. S. Estelle 4-H Camp in Huntsville. “Building Esteem as Prevention” is the theme of this year’s retreat.

In addition to workshops, group discussions, leadership and team building exercises will be offered utilizing the low and high ropes course at the campsite. The retreat will be interactive and provide participants with a wealth of information to promote abstaining from unhealthy behaviors and making responsible choices.
