| Tomball Little League plans parade, festival for Opening Day |

Tomball Little League is having its annual Opening Day Parade and Grand Slam Festival on March 7. Events begin at 9 a.m. with a parade down Main Street featuring all the league’s teams to kick off opening day.
The parade stops at the Wayne Stovall Sports Complex, where a festival will feature game booths, cake walk, theme basket auction, craft booths, food vendors, inflatables, silent auction, raffle items and more. The festival will also feature a dunk tank for those who want to come out and try their pitching skills to dunk their favorite coach. Opening day games will take place in all age divisions except the Junior/Senior level. The festival will run until 4 p.m. Tickets will be on sale for .25 cents each or a wristband can be purchased for $25 for unlimited play.
