The clinic, located 455 School Street, Suite 30, will offer immunizations every Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m. and at 5 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month. Immunizations are provided on a first come, first served basis.

In addition, the clinic is taking appointments for shots on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. In August, immunizations will be provided on Aug. 12 and 19 between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Each child must have their complete immunization record with them. A current health record from their respective school is acceptable.

A parent or legal guardian (with papers) should accompany the child. A relative or friend, with a signed and dated note from a parent, is acceptable but not advisable. The person bringing the child must know the child’s allergies and health history.

The cost for immunizations is $10 per child 18 and younger, cash only.

Immunizations will not be given without an immunization record.
