One local family received quite a surprise when they opened their garage door one morning and discovered Shannon and her newborn babies laying in a corner of their garage. The family did not shut their garage door all the way one night and Shannon picked the right place to give birth. Shannon and her kittens were brought to Abandoned Animal Rescue recently and all her babies have been adopted. Shannon is still at AAR waiting and wishing for a family to adopt her. She is a sweet, loving girl with an awesome personality. She likes everyone she meets and is very affectionate. Shannon is a mellow, laid-back lady who likes attention, being petted and does not mind being held. When Shannon is in the cat play pen she likes to climb up and play on the cat furniture and play with the cat toys. Shannon is a 2 ½-year-old female Siamese mix.
