inspection On Thursday, Nov. 4, the Tomball Police Department held a Formal Dress Inspection in which every member of the Department appeared in formation in full dress uniform for inspection by Police Chief Rob Hauck (left of center). The Inspection was the first under Hauck’s leadership, who said the ceremony was a “time for us to take pride in the organization we have and make sure everything we have - safety equipment, vehicles, our facility – is in top shape.” Also on hand to recognize the police force were Council members Rick Brown and David Quinn, City Manager George Shackelford, Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce President Bruce Hillegeist and representatives from surrounding law enforcement agencies. Hauck explained that during the inspection, officers from Harris County Pct. 4 and Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constables Offices patrolled the streets of Tomball.
