NAM to benefit from Triumph Hospital Northwest food drive

Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM) will be the beneficiary of food collected by Triumph Hospital Northwest this December. Food collection bins have been placed at the offices of the hospital’s key physicians, as well as at other post-acute medical partners such as skilled nursing facilities. The hospital is sponsoring a contest for the group that collects the most canned items. Bins have also been placed throughout the hospital and there is an interdepartmental competition as well.

The food drive is scheduled to end in early December, with food being delivered to NAM’s Food Pantry in plenty of time for Christmas. The drive, which is called “TRIUMPH….over Hunger,” will help stock NAM’s shelves for the holiday season.

“We are honored that Triumph Hospital has decided to help NAM in such a large way this season,” says Carole Little, NAM President and CEO. “Like many charities across the nation, we have been struggling to keep our pantry shelves full. This food drive will help us feed more neighbors in need for the holidays.”
