AAR Pet of the Week |
|
Pictured from left, Payton, Punkin and Parker are 8-week old Shepherd mix pups. There were nine of them who were found in a box when they were a few weeks old. They all were in good shape, but time is of the essence when bottle-feeding puppies. Volunteers for this type of work are far and in between and it takes a special person to bottle-feed nine puppies because this is no easy task. Abandoned Animal Rescue wants to thank all the volunteers who stepped up to save the lives of the puppies. Payton, the brindle male is funny, loves to give kisses and will follow you around all day. Punkin, the red female, is sweet, vivacious and very appreciative to be alive because she was the runt of the litter. Parker, the tan male with black muzzle, is an attentive, loving, mellow, laid back boy. There are four more puppies not pictured. They are all loving pups with wonderful personalities who should weigh at least 50 pounds or more. They will be ready for adoption on Nov. 29. For more information about these puppies, call Abandoned Animal Rescue at 281-290-0121, visit aartomball.org or e-mail
