Tomball Rotary honors Students of the Month |
|
The Tomball Rotary Club honored its Students of the Month during a March 9 meeting. This month’s honorees were Tomball High School seniors Dillon Duarte (left) and Angela King (right). Duarte has a GPA of 99.6 and will attend the Air Force Academy on a football scholarship. Duarte was the Cougars’ kicker in 2010. He also works with the UM Army building homes in the community, teaches Bible study and works with youth ministry programs. King is ranked fourth in her class with a GPA of 108.06. She is a member of HOSA and is president of the Tomball High School Choir. She plans to attend Texas A&M University and major in biomedical science before pursuing her doctorate.
