Tomball Rotary Club cooks up fun at annual Fish Fry

The Tomball Rotary Club held its 42nd annual Fish Fry Fundraiser on Friday, April 29 at Jeurgen’s Park in Tomball. The event featured a silent auction, a children’s toy raffle, along with fried fish plates. The club said that more than 530 tickets were sold for a raffle for a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck. The truck was won by several members of the club’s Fish Fry cooking team. Money raised through the fundraiser benefits the club’s many charitable endeavors in the community. Pictured, Rotarian Tom Gloyer cooks hushpuppies during the Fish Fry.
