MWHS student wins prize for Texas Renaissance Festival logo

Magnolia West High School student Kamiryn Winters earned $100 from the Texas Renaissance Festival for the logo she designed to represent the partnership between the festival and the City of Magnolia. Winters’ logo will be shown throughout the city during the months of the Texas Renaissance Festival, which will begin in October. Winters was presented the check by the festival’s King, Queen and General Manager Terre Albert at the city council meeting held May 17.
