MHS names Anderson Salutatorian

Magnolia High School senior Kendall Anderson has been named Salutatorian of class of 2011. Anderson has received a full academic and athletic scholarship to Newman University in Kansas. There she will play golf and study public relations and sports broadcasting. After attending Newman University, Anderson plans to attend the University of Texas or the University of Central Florida to obtain her master’s degree. She hopes be a broadcaster for the Golf Channel or work for a golf company such as Titleist or Ping.
