LSC-Tomball announces new vice presidents

johnson nutt Lone Star College-Tomball (LSC-Tomball) proudly announces its new vice presidents, Ann Johnson (left) of Las Vegas and Dr. Lee Ann Nutt (right) of Denton. Johnson will serve as the new vice president of student success and Nutt will serve as the vice president of instruction.

 

Johnson is the former associate vice president of academic affairs at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) in Las Vegas. She joined LSC-Tomball on June 13. Johnson has more than 30 years of higher education experience. She spent 20 of those years at CSN, the fourth largest community college in the United States.

 

Johnson has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in counseling, both from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

 

Nutt, the former vice president of instruction for North Central Texas College (NCTC) in Corinth started a new chapter at LSC-Tomball on June 20. She comes to LSC-Tomball with 12 years of community college leadership experience.

 

Nutt holds three degrees from Texas Tech University; a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master’s degree in higher education administration and a doctorate degree in higher education administration.
