In celebration of 160 years in the Tomball and Northwest Harris County communities, Salem Lutheran Church is inviting the community to celebrate with them on Sept. 25 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The day begins with an “ancient-future” worship service followed by an afternoon of fun, food and other events to be announced.

In its infancy Salem included people who were among the first to explore and settle what is now the greater northwest metropolitan area and bring the Lutheran faith to Texas.
