Girl and Boy Scouts donate during wildfires

girl scouts Girl Scouts in Troop 10094 helped out during the wildfires by donating food and water. The troops got in touch with other Girl Scouts in the Magnolia Blossoms Service Unit. They also got the steering committee involved. In response to their pleas for help, 11 Girl Scout Troops and Boy and Cub Scout Troops had representatives collecting, transporting and unloading the donations at Magnolia West High School. Between all of the young ladies and men, the group collected more than 30 cases of water, enough supplies to make more than 200 sandwiches, fruit, snacks and energy bars. Pictured (from left to right) are (bottom row) Dylan Haines, Meredith Ferguson, Haley Folk, Shelby Haines, Katie Ferguson, Miranda Ferguson; (middle row) Lauren Walker, Elizabeth Moore, Breauna Minucci, Michelle Folk, Madison Minucci, Lindsey Walker, Ashleigh Miller; (top row) Victoria Slater, Mr. Moore, Mack Ferguson and Brenden Miller.
