Tomball Police honor Barcelona as Officer of the Month

The Tomball Police Department named Janet Barcelona its Officer of the Month at the Greater Tomball area Chamber of Commerce First Friday luncheon Sept 2. Barcelona, a records clerk was cited for her outstanding service in the crime scene investigation division.
