Tomball Rotary Club

Director of the Houston Golf Association (HGA) and the Shell Houston Open, Steve Timms was the guest speaker at the Tomball Rotary Club meeting March 25. Timms discussed the HGA’s efforts to promote golf in the Houston community, as well as its charitable work. To date, the HGA has helped raise more than $50 million for the local community. The Shell Houston Open, the PGA Tour’s annual Houston stop, is scheduled for April 2-5 and has gained commitments from 15 of the tour’s top 20 players.
