AAR Pet of the Week |
|
Lucy is an 11-month-old female Shepherd mix. She was dumped along with two other dogs, Maggie a 3 ½-year-old female Lab Mix and Tidbit a 5-month-old lab mix, in the back of an undeveloped subdivision in Magnolia. The person who rescued them had been feeding them for a few months until they had a safe place to go. They all had demodex and mange, but are clear now. Lucy is a very sweet and friendly girl who weighs 45 pounds. She is good with dogs and people of all sizes. She would make a great companion for someone with a lonely dog looking for a play buddy or a family looking to add a new family member. Lucy is happy, full of unconditional love and will be waiting to show you. All AAR dogs have up to date shots, wormed, spay/neutered, checked for heartworms, microchipped and you receive a six month supply of heartworm preventive when adopting. Abandoned Animal Rescue is a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter located at 419 East Hufsmith in Tomball. For more information about Lucy, call Abandoned Animal Rescue at 281-290-0121, or email aarescue03@yahoo. For more information about AAR, visit www.aartomball.org.
