Groundbreaking held for new water feature at depot

The City of Tomball and community leaders held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new fountain and splash pad at the Depot Plaza. The fountain will feature an oil derrick to highlight the history of oil drilling and production in Tomball. The project will be completed by Dec. 9, when an official dedication will take place.
