AAR Pet of the Week |
|
Alida is an eight-month-old female lab mix. She was found in Magnolia and brought into the shelter at the time of the wildfires. Her face and neck had no hair and was bloody. AAR thought she was burned in the fire and took her to a veterinarian. The vet seemed to think it was just a bad case of demodex mange. Alida was put into a foster home for a couple of months and has turned into a beautiful angel. Her personality out shines her beauty−you can't ask for a more wonderful, loving girl than Alida. She is great with everyone−dogs, cats and kids. She loves life, she is always wagging her tail, wanting to give kisses and be by your side or in your lap. She likes to run and play, but also can be on the laid back side. She is crate trained and walks on a leash. For more information about Alida, call Abandoned Animal Rescue at 281-290-0121, or email
