Magnolia signs agreement with Magnolia 1138 Ltd.

Dec. 15 marked a historic day for the City of Magnolia. Council members and Magnolia 1138 Ltd. signed a land use planning and cooperation agreement, finalizing the petition by Magnolia Legacy Trust, a 1,100-acre lot on FM 1488, to be included in the City of Magnolia extra-territorial jurisdiction. Mayor Todd Kana (second from left) and Legacy Trust advisor Roger Galatas (second from right) signed the agreement as Economic Development Coordinator Deborah Rose Miller (left) and City Secretary Lynne George (right) look on.
