Martinez win bilingual spelling bee

Canyon Pointe Elementary fourth grade student Ana Sofia Martinez competed against nine other spellers in the Tomball ISD Bilingual Spelling Bee. Martinez spent hours each day practicing spelling words after school. She won the competition in 12 rounds after correctly spelling the word “bow” in English and Spanish.
