New textbook law

THStextbook As the end of the school year approaches, the time is nearing when Tomball High School students will have to turn in their textbooks. A new state law requires students to turn in all textbooks, otherwise they will not be issued textbooks for the following school year and they will have to pay for any missing books. Seniors who do not clear their textbook record will not be issued a diploma. Textbooks are state property and must be accounted for at the end of each school year. Tomball High School students will turn in their textbooks the week of May 18-22.  Pictured, Library Aide Debra Boles (left) checks in textbooks for juniors Cynthia Tirso (right) and Karli Hill (center).
