Magnolia Rotary speaker promos Run for the Fallen

The Magnolia Rotary Club held its weekly meeting July 7 at Pesquera’s Grill where Melinda Merillat (standing) was the guest speaker. Merillat discussed the upcoming “Run for the Fallen,” a 1-mile walk/run in honor of fallen service members. The event is scheduled for Aug. 22 at 8 a.m. College Park High School in The Woodlands. Funds raised through the event will be donated to Children of the Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund.
