SOS asks for back to school clothing donations

The Society of Samaritans has had an overwhelming response to its back to school clothing program. At present, more than 800 Magnolia ISD students have signed up to receive clothing.

As SOS has less funds this year for new clothes for these students, SOS has an urgent need of your help. There are several ways you can assist with this project:

 

  1. Sponsor a student or students by going online to SocietyofSamaritans.org. Click on the back to school link where you will find student’s name and client number.
  2. Donate like new or gently used clothing for SOS to distribute to students. Bring donations to SOS at 603 Little Twig in Magnolia.
  3. Donate financially to Society of Samaritans and specify “back to school” on your donation.

Clothing will be distributed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 17 through Aug. 22 at 603 Little Twig Rd. in Magnolia.

Your help will insure that these students will return to school in nice clothes feeling confident and ready to begin a new school year.
