Tomball ISD will hold early registration at all elementary campuses for kindergarten students for the 2011-12 school year on Wednesday, April 20. Registration requirements and times for each elementary campus are listed. Tomball ISD has also posted a New Student Registration Packet at tomballisd.net. 

Registration Requirements:

·         A certified copy of your child’s state or county birth certificate or equivalent.

·         A complete immunization health record signed by a physician or health clinic attendant.

·         A valid picture ID/Driver’s License of the parent enrolling the child.

·         Proof of residency (electric bill, house payment voucher, or a lease                  agreement – apartment leases must list students as occupants).

·         A completed registration packet supplied by the school.

·         Any legal paperwork regarding guardianship or custody if applicable.
