According to the Harris County Pct. 4 Constables Office, investigators with the Longview Police Department recently conducted an undercover operation in which a person, identified as Bryan Dudley, was allegedly communicating via Yahoo Instant Messenger with whom he thought was a 14-year-old female in a sexually explicit manner. 

The Longview Police Department forwarded the case to the Constables High Tech Crimes Unit for investigation. It was confirmed that Dudley, 36, of Spring was the person chatting with the undercover officer. 

Dudley also allegedly sent sexually explicit images of himself to the officer. A search warrant was obtained for his residence in the 2500 block of Anzalone Drive in Spring and, when executed he was found to also be in possession of marijuana. 

During the on-scene interview Dudley admitted to talking to the undercover officer whom he thought was a 14-year-old female in a sexually explicit manner. Dudley was charged with possession of marijuana on the scene and later charged with three counts of Online Solicitation of a Minor - all three third degree felonies. Dudley was processed and placed into the Harris County Jail.
