| NAM Shot Blitz to be held in August |

The Northwest Assistance Ministries Children’s Clinic, in collaboration with the Cypress Woodlands Junior Forum, will hold its annual Shot Blitz from August 9-17, 2011.
This program offers low-cost, back to school immunizations for uninsured children in grades K-12. The cost is $10 per child, no matter how many shots the child needs. Parents must pay cash and must bring all their child’s immunization records.
Only uninsured patients will be accepted during the Shot Blitz. All other patients should contact their primary care physician for immunization services or go to one of the sites provided by the Harris County Health Department.
