When deputies arrived on the scene, they found that three individuals had been shot and two suspects had fled the scene.

Joshua Alton Lewis, 17, of Magnolia, was arrested later that day at Tomball Regional Hospital in connection with the shooting. Lewis had gone to the hospital to seek treatment for a cut on his head that he reportedly sustained during the incident.

Lewis has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
According to a MCSO report, the victims were outside the residence when an argument ensued. Police said the argument was triggered by an on-going dispute between the individuals.

As of press time, Lewis was still being held in the Montgomery County Jail on two $30,000 bonds.

A 19-year-old male victim who had been listed in critical condition in Tomball Regional Hospital will recover from his injuries, the report stated. The other two victims were discharged from the hospital and will also recover.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, no other arrests are anticipated.
