For those looking for family-fun activities, Lone Star College-Tomball (LSC-Tomball) is hosting two events this Halloween.

On Friday, Oct. 28, Occupational Therapy Assistant students are hosting a Halloween carnival for children with special needs. The carnival, held from 4-6 p.m., takes place at the LSC-Tomball Health Science Building, located at 700 Graham Drive across the street from the Tomball Regional Medical Center. All the activities are wheelchair accessible and the whole family is welcome.

The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
