| Tomball man found dead on railroad tracks |
|
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is investigating the death of a 50-year-old Tomball man whose body was found on the railroad tracks in Pinehurst Dec. 4. Magnolia Volunteer Fire Department (MVFD) Chief Gary Vincent said his department received a call about a body on the railroad tracks near FM 1774 and Goodson Loop. MVFD responded to the scene and MCSO arrived shortly after to conduct an investigation. MCSO Lt. Dan Norris said foul play is not expected, however, the investigation is on-going. As of press time last week MCSO would not release his name. Pct. 5 Justice of the Peace Matt Masden ordered an autopsy be conducted.
