A man and woman were arrested and charged with Child Endangerment after allegedly leaving the woman’s small child in a car for two and a half hours while they were inside a bar.

Leticia Rohm, 26, and Raul Oseguera, 23, both of whom are listed as having Corpus Christi addresses, were arrested the night of Nov. 27 and charged with Child Endangerment after police discovered the woman’s small child sleeping in a car in the parking lot of a Magnolia bar, according to a police report.

Authorities found the vehicle unlocked with both windows rolled down approximately three to four inches. Police checked the vehicle’s hood and found to be it cold. According to the report, the temperature outside was 47 degrees.

The report did not say how old the child was or whether Oseguera was the child’s father.

The case has been forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
