| Magnolia Education Foundation to host tennis camp |

The Magnolia Education Foundation will host its 2010 Tennis Camp on Saturday, May 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The camp will take place on the tennis courts at Magnolia High School, located at 14350 FM 1488 in Magnolia.
The Houston Tennis Association is working with the Foundation to help organize this camp and make it a success. With their help, this camp will help develop tennis skills.
Players 18 and under of all abilities are welcome. There will be organized group drills, a clock and serve court, quick start courts for young beginners, challenge courts, prize courts and a variety of games and activities. The cost of the camp is $5 per participant with all proceeds going to the Magnolia Education Foundation.
There will be barbecue sandwiches, chips and drinks offered for an additional cost. Sponsorship opportunities are available. For more information about sponsoring the event, contact Randy Ortwein, president of the Houston Tennis Association, at 832-493-4439.
The Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt organization formed in 2001, with the primary purpose to work together with the school district to ensure student success, giving every child every opportunity, providing programs, equipment and technology in the classroom.
