THS volleyball standout signs scholarship offer

Tomball High School senior Courtney Miller (seated) recently signed a letter of intent to play volleyball at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Okla. Coach Cheryl Wallace (left) and Miller’s parents, Verna (center) and Danny (right), looked on as she signed for her scholarship. Miller, an outside hitter for the Lady Cougars, has been playing volleyball since she was in the second grade. She plans to major in kinesiology and hopes to become an athletic trainer.
